This is the best oils based on my experience
Eneos, motul, liquimoly, amsoil and mobil 1. Top 5.
    But for my top 3
eneos, liquimoly and motul. I tried those 3 and their performance is superb and quality. So i would recommend those top 3
    Eneos,liquimoly and motul.

A lot of folks refuse to believe that an oil as thin as 0W-20 or 0W-16 can protect their engines as well as something with higher viscosity.
I'd like to see a comparison test of the same brand oil but different viscosities compared. Like 0W-16, 0W-20 & 5W-30 all of the same brand and type to try to determine whether viscosity has an effect on wear.

I just bought a brand new hyundai i30 fastback 1.4 turbo GDI 140 ps. 90% i am driving in the city, fast driver, not racing but fast. I have a plan to change the oil and the oil filter every 5.000 km as i always do in any car all these years. The manual says, 5w30 acea c2 c3 and the dealer service recommends ENEOS brand. On the engine, it has from the first day a sticker that it says "Hyundai recommends Shell engine oil". So, according to your experience, what you recommend as the best 5w30 acea c2 c3 engine oil? Just buy a decent oil and change it like you are supposed to or regularly. Read below for lots of Technical info. ---
I know this video is 3 years old and around the same timeframe other people have tested other oils against RP and RP lost. At the time Shell, Amsoil, Mobil1 oils beat Royal Purple. Not saying RP is a bad oil, its probably pretty good. Then again most anything on the shelf is Pretty good as long as you change it like you are supposed to. Most oils on the shelf are medium quality or slightly better and they do just fine if you change it out often. Keep in mind I am talking about General oil, not pure RACING OIL, that is a whole different discussion.. I'll tell you like it is, a lot of oil is a marketing scheme, a lot of the high dollar oils at that (not saying all). I'll give you an example. The OEM branded oils 99% of the time are not even made by the OEM Company / Brand name and you pay a super Premium. On top of that they use the cheapest supplier or blender most of the time. I'm not going to name every company that does it, but OEM "Labeled" like Polaris, Yamaha, honda, arctic cat, (insert most automobile makers here) etc all do this and overprice / upcharge. My point is do some research and find out who makes what oil and you will be surprised. Fast forward 3 years later to 2023 and you may laugh at me but some of the cheaper oils you can buy are probably good as or better than royal purple's formula now (General oil, not talking about Pure Racing oil). A lot of oil brands change formula every so often and I would be curious to see what the new Walmart Super Tech formula does or even the current amazon basic formula does vs Royal Purple. I'll buy an equivalent oil to Royal purple quality for half the price and change it twice, instead of buying Royal Purple once and leave it in as they suggest longer. Thats just me.. To add to this - Shell, Amsoil, Lucas are probably the top dogs in the US, but like I said most anything on the shelf will be fine if you change it regularly.
Amalie make a lot of oil for other brands which is just relabeled / rebadged. Anything from them is quality stuff.
Amalie out of Florida produces or have produced private labels for walmart, O'Reilly, advance auto parts, Carquest and autozone. In some regions they may make oil for Walmart Supertech, and does make STP for autozone.
Warren Oil Company makes oil for Walmart / Supertech mainly now I believe. Amazon basic oil is made by Warren Distribution. Kirkland oil blended by Warren Distribution. FYI these may change at any time.

I realized that when I drove cars from Japan to Russia for sale, with low mileage, varnish deposits often appeared in the engine, when switching to European or American oils, these deposits were washed away! We also have a lot of pseudo-Japanese brands that are not clear where they are made, a complete mess in this area! Personally, I chose Lucas oil.

It’s too soon for me to see any difference between Eneos and Castrol Edge Extended but the only thing that I could notice is that Eneos is a little less noisy at cold start, but then again it could be “placebo effect”.
So far in my SUV the best experience that I have had is Castrol Edge Extended 0w-20 but I still need to give Eneos a chance and my final test is going to be Amsoil. GREETINGS.

@@NATESINTERACTIVEAUTO Updating my experience with Eneos after refilling a gas tank let me tell you that I got like a 4% better MPG than Castrol, never thought this could be possible but so far so good. With all the improvements or switching from Motorcraft parts to premium aftermarket ones I can say that my MPG has improved in total a 13%.
Big thing what good quality parts can do for your car.
      GREETINGS.
