Good video… He mentioned that liquid staking derivatives aren’t needed in Cardano… but he didn’t say it’s because liquid staking is native to the blockchain. Kind of a big deal!
Staking with derivatives means you give up your keys… not good with all the hacks going on.
Just one more reason I like Cardano for the long game. Superior design from first principles… and yes, slow methodical development to ensure security. Measure twice cut once!

But then when it comes to selling the staked coin back for original tokens on the open market back via the DEX will there always be liquidity to do so or could you end up with such high slippage that the gas ends up eating up all rewards made, as ive see in the past on defi platforms using MM on browser.
