I know not everyone believes in God, but one at one church I used to attend, the pastor would say, “As long as you’re breathing, God’s not done with you.” But I figure you can always adapt that to “As long as you’re breathing you still have a purpose.” Not trying to start a debate, but want to encourage people dispite what they believe. :)
I agree with you I do believe in god but at the same time I do meditation just because I'm still am learning the Bible so I get what you're saying

I totally understand that
The path to enlightenment is not an easy path. You'll feel much pain along the way. This is impermanent and will not last forever. After the dark night of the soul always comes the dawn light of the awakening. If you choose to take this path, there is no turning back. Keep going my fellow travellers, we are all on our own journey back to our true selves and oneness with everything!
Scott, I just want to say a big thank you for always being here with us, giving encouragement and nuggets to those of us who suffer from depression and or anxiety. I always click on your videos the moment I receive the notifications. You simply have a special gift of letting us feel that we can be happy just being ourselves, even if the world doesn't think too highly of some of us. 😌 You represent the best of us and what we can be, at the other end of the tunnel where there is light.

Thank you so much for this Scott. I didn't realize the pressure I was putting on myself going through this journey of love. It just dawned on me that I couldn't unlearn and learn all of these things in a span of days, weeks, and months. To its core, it is truly a journey.
Thank you, I tend to be in a constant state of stress. I just started on high blood pressure medication. I don't like how the medication makes me feel. I would prefer to try getting it under control this way. Being in chronic pain makes it quite a challenge. You have the perfect calming voice and cadence for doing this.
A friend of mine and myself created a couple of guided relaxation tracks about 15 years ago. She did the talking, I improvised relaxing music with sound effects that went with the story line. It was good fun. I still listen to them now and then.
