Overwhelm,I feel that a lot,have lots going on that needs to be dealt with,processed while being depressed It felt so comfortable doing this gentle meditation,letting go..yeah,it just felt safe and comfy and good.Starting to love myself,get in touch with myself,nurture my inner child.Thank you for what you do🙏🌳🌲🌳🌲

I understand getting paid but the ads in between the meditation are soooo counterproductive. Which sucks cuz I can tell it would be amazing otherwise
