Wow, this game is so cute! I hope we'll be able to ride some insects and pick flowers...
The flowers are all a lot bigger than we are, so I'm not sure about picking them! But I can confirm that some critters can be ridden, and they have different abilities!
I love the looks of this game. The windows in your hut are too cute. Great game so far, keep it up. Hope your not getting sick, and if you are I hope you have a quick recovery.

If my voice is sounding a little gravelly, it's because it's the start of Allergy Season(TM)! So for about the next 3 months, I may sound a bit nasal or scratchy thanks to my patented Swamp Throat! XD
Ok so I went back and checked... First of all, thanks for mentioning something! Haha... I'm not getting sick, but I discovered that my mute button wasn't set up correctly. I normally mute myself when I need to clear throat/sneeze/etc. I've already recorded a BUNCH of episodes, so it'll be a little while before Swamp Throat makes an exit, but I got my mute button sorted out for the next recording session! XD Thanks again!

This looks really interesting and so far looks really well done for early access.
Really like seeing you explore these games like smal land and valheim. You mentioned ark on a past video, which I think would make a cool series in the future too
Yeah this game is very well-polished for Early Access. There are a few UX and combat wrinkles I'd like to see ironed out but other than that, it runs beautifully and plays well.
It looks a lot like Grounded! a bit more charming, though, looking forward to seeing more
eta: i really should say, this has a DIFFERENT charm than Grounded, which practically oozes with it's own flavor of it
Yeah the best description is Grounded and Valheim had a baby and it got all the good genes from each parent!

The clear effort they put into the visuals (they aren't particularly distinctive, but do look great) made me cynical about the depth of the gameplay, but I'm excited to see the potential and do love a fae folk theme.
When I see good visuals from an indie game, I actually get excited because I'm my experience it usually means they put effort into the whole game. It's AAA titles with good graphics that don't really do much for me...

The visuals, sounds and the theme of the game are nice. I wouldn't mind to see some more episodes; at least until the early access content is exhausted. Building doesn't seem to be as fiddly as in Valheim, which is good. I am wondering if it'll be possible to ride some of the larger creatures like the grasshoppers and whatever more are in the game? Maybe mice or sparrows?

It looks like there were corner roof pieces and round roof pieces. The corners might fit better onto your structure. (i think)
Haha yeah someone else pointed those out earlier... When we rebuild, it will be with actual, fitting corners!
I’m glad you played this, I saw it on steam and the reviews confused me. Seeing someone whose judgement I trust has led me to put it on my wishlist. Also the owls feel both more and less annoying than our boy Hugin.
Awesome, I think this game is a keeper! I've heard some complaints that they ripped off Grounded, but the reality is both games basically started development around the same time. Sometimes you just end up with a theme that multiple people latch onto by chance!

Is this world also procedural to a degree? I mean, it looks good!
Unfortunately, it is not procgen at all. No idea if that's even planned. The world is very heavily hand-crafted, so I suspect it may not be a thing.

@Kurazarrh Honestly, it is pretty good, I recommend it to do a playthrough but do you have any surival games that you want to do
@@torekulgur7520 Haha there are a lot of survival games I'd like to play. It seems to be my genre of choice lately! I bought Len's Island recently, and I'm keeping an eye on Ostranauts. Also big ones like Ark are on my list of games I'd like to play.

It is more like Grounded then Valheim but fairytale instead of SF
The theme is definitely more Grounded, but the combat feels a lot like Valheim. I'm approaching combat with the same care and pacing as in Valheim, and it's served me well so far!
