Thank you all for the positive comments. He broke his tibia and fibula about 4 inches above his ankle. They had to repair it with a rod and three screws. He’s doing really well! He’s kicking a** And taking names in therapy! Definitely has a long road of recovery but he’s doing well. Thank you!

But sorainig my foot was way worse-)......went to the doctor and they told me I broke the side of my foot 🧍

Actually, whe you suffer a compound fracture, it initially goes numb. The pain sets in after a few minutes.
