    For the word stamp I use double sided tape and leave the acrylic on the back of stamps and put in stamp positioning tool and you can stamp it numerous times to get darkness you want.

    Such cool ideas!!! I've seen those We R MEMORY KEEPER tools and I would love some of them but because they are sooooo expensive here in New Zealand I can't justify me getting enough use out of them to make it worth while buying, but I do like all the different things you can do with that frames bunch board one. Really cute idea's on how to make your own papercrafts. Also, I can now use those stamps that I don't really like *thumbs up* Thanks for sharing these ideas

    Some very good ideas Claire. Thank you.
    With the stamping of all the words at once, couldn’t you have somehow attached the words and the backing onto a big stamping block for easier application. Just an idea I had. 👍😃

    • @ScrappyNerdUK
      @ScrappyNerdUK  Před 4 lety +1

      You could but then you would have tape runner or glue stuck to both and I didn’t want to risk it. If you’re careful enough, just putting it down lightly onto your card should give you a fairly good print. 😊

    • @nellcovington4001
      @nellcovington4001 Před 4 lety

      @@ScrappyNerdUK I think I would try using repositionable glue on the plastic backing, temporarily gluing it to the stamping block, then wiping the glue off after using, or even leaving it on for re-use. This way you could still use the words individually when desired. This is basically what people do when they remove rubber stamps from the wood backing to use like a clear stamp. Great video!

      100% I get the lines too. HP said it’s because I wasn’t using my black ink enough and that the cartridge was clogged. They agreed to send me another cartridge (I’m on the HP ink plan thing). Then it happened again. Sometimes I can improve it a little by cleaning the print head.
      I think it’s time for a new printer for me though. The HP ones only seem to last 2 years and then they start having issues.
