how is that poodle so chill and not trying to eat the food omg
Not like us people. Whenever I watch these, I scream, "I NEEED ITTTTTT!"
Japanese discipline
omg i read this comment 5 years ago LOL.
The dog is telling how to cook *obviously*
LOL! I wondered the same thing when I first found these videos years ago! 😂
The texture of tamagoyaki is light and fluffy since it has many layers :) The cut surface is also presentable!
She's got mad skills. (0_0)

ほんとに!
Are you kidding?she made a simple egg looks so delicious and very exotic food.i love japanese food!
As a white girl living in Jpan, cooking for a Japanese hsband, these videos have improved my Japanese styled cooking so much! I even got compliments from my mother in law!
Thank you, Francis!
This tastes great both hot or cold. For those of you without cooking chopsticks a spatula works great for flipping each layer over.
I made this the other. Instead of parsley, I use bacon and it turn out awesome.
TraumaCenter13 Thank you for trying our Tamagoyaki recipe💗😍🐩 Glad you enjoyed it😋👌
@@cookingwithdog 美味しそう😃
I have never added greens to my tamagoyaki, but I'll try this. The best tamago I've ever had in a restaurant is at Hajime, in Harrison, NY. Chef Sam-san is a genius with sushi and tamagoyaki.
I ended up making scrambled eggs...
but, it was goood :D
That is the most beautiful omelet I have ever seen! I need to get a pan like that one! What a beautiful presentation. The Japanese are so artistic in everything they do!
Still my go-to channel for Japanese cooking videos after all these years. Really high quality.
I really wanted to try this, but my dog wont sit still that long.
I found the channel a couple of days ago and I'm in love! Francis is such an adorable dog and so well-behaved! I like that the videos are easy to understand with clear explanation and very nice tricks&tips that only an expert can give, and the very experienced chef makes the recipes look so easy to make, not to mention delicious! I just made the Tamagoyaki, my first Cooking with Dog recipe, it didn’t come out perfect but it was a nice surprise and I absolutely loved it. It was delicious and loved the texture. I was feeling hungry and sad with no ideas for dinner, but now I’m full up with a smile on my face! I can't wait to cook many more of these wonderful recipes! Thank you for sharing your wisdom with us! Doumo arigato!
I still always love rewatching all of your videos 😊 thank you for inspiring me to cook!
this woman is amazing 0.0
I really enjoy this channel. What a good dog!!!
I just love the Japanese culinary aesthetic, so organized, so perfect, so calming, and so tantalizing!
You can use dashi stock powder :) Water can be substituted but the dashi will make the tamagoyaki more delicious!
im italian and love to cook. ur channel got me so interested in Asian cuisine that its all i have been researching for months
good job. keep making more videos i love them
i never know making fried egg would be so complex & skill-needed like this. anyway, her handwork so amazingly nice, tidy and beautiful :). good job chef
I have tried it with spring onions and it was wonderful!

I love chef. She just seems so jolly all the time.

CHEF you're really the best !!! And I'm very proud to follow you when I trie to cook japanese reciepes !
This is such a charming series. It’s very well done. I can watch it once and make the dish. I just received my Japanese omelette pan from Amazon. Now I can put it to use!
This has always been one of my favorite Japanese foods. So tasty and so easy to make. Chef, you are looking great! Good luck in the future.
Looks great I can't wait to try it. Thank you for sharing.
I get so excited when I see a new video from you guys in my sub box.
I have finally mastered this .... it makes for a great breakfast to put in my bento and take to work. I was skeptical about everything that goes into the eggs first but it really is amazing. Love your tutorials
I've always made omelets in a similar fashion yet this is a great variation which I will adopt for making one of my favorite foods.
Chef, this look so delicious! Thank you so much for sharing your talent!
i bought mine through Amazon, and i LOVE it! I have become quite skilled with them and the filling ingredients are endless. Love the Tie!!
This guys voice is amazing, I love it.
I made it for the first time today. It wasn't perfect but I was happy to make something after so many years of watching your show. Thank you and I'll be sure to do better next time!
Cheff you cook like a boss!! Congrats!
This must be really good! Chef looked so thrilled when she took it out of the pan. Anything that makes her look that happy definitely needs to be tried! :D
Your videos are always the best! Thank you. :)
Every time I watch your videos it makes me so hungry and I want what you're making.
I had a really grumpy morning today and after watching this video, my day is sunny, even when it's raining outside. Thank you, Chef! :)
I just made this for lunch along with the potato salad from the bento box video and they were very good. I used vegetable stock instead of the dashi stock and also used finely chopped broccoli instead of the parsley. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe, I will definitely be making it again.
wow so simple, can't wait to give it a try.
That looks so good! I think I will try this for breakfast!!!!!
I've been craving omelettes and then you upload this video. Thank you! XD
Awwah she loves cooking. Look at that smile!
My favorite CZcams Channel. The Best!!
Another great recipe! We were so eager to try it, we used fresh cilantro.
Spring onion leaves can be substituted for the mitsuba. Some people use mentaiko (marinated roe of pollock) or aonori seaweed instead. You may also try coriander if you like :)
Tried this, love it. I love your channel.
I came back to this recipe for breakfast and my ❤️ hurts so much watching this. Long live Chef and Francis! They have a special place in my heart. Now I'm going to cry while making this.
The way she flipped the eggs though lol awesomeeeeeeeee!! And I just realized francis is the real dog @@ I thought it's the stuffed puppy all this time subscribing to her @@ I must be looking at her foods all these time lol
Haha Francis looking smart in his little tie! Loved this, looks good!

I enjoy all of the CWD videos, but my favorites are ones where Chef looks especially pleased with how a dish turned out :3
I love the look of satisfaction in Chef's face at her success!
I love tamagoyaki but haven't really tried to make it until recently. Your video helps give me inspiration to keep working at it until I can make a nice smooth tamagoyaki like yours. Thanks for showing the process so clearly.
I love Cooking with Dog and I've always wanted to know how tamagoyaki is made. Thank you so much for making this awesome video!!! ^_^
California, USA
I always learn something new when I watch your videos. I've been making tamagoyaki for some months and was having trouble starting new layers. I will try your technique tomorrow! Thank you!

Well... I'm a bit surprised that it took so long for you to adress Tamagoyaki for so long-- it's, well, one of THE bento dishes. On the other hand, I don't think I have ever seen it so simply and understandably produced. An EXCELLENT piece of the Cooking With Dog puzzle!
I love her handwork. So beautiful.
Looks delicious! I must try !
That's beautiful. Thanks for sharing!
Looks delicious!
Looks so delicious
Looks great!!! ><
Thank you!!
It looks like it'd be tricky, but it's really not! I love making this.
looks delicious!
chef you are GLOWING! you look beautiful today! and you're making one of my favorite japanese dishes :D
Thank you, Chef, for another delicious recipe easily prepared by even the most novice of us cooks. My "perfect vacation" would be to take as many months as I needed to travel from the southern tip of Japan, crossing side to side, and eating ALL the local specialty foods along the way to the northern most point of Japan. A meal prepared by Chef would be the Highlight of my trip, no doubt! Thanks!!!
Such a well behaved pooch, wow, Japanese cooking is amazing >.
i have to try this .. looks so yummy !
I made this today using your recipe! I used aonori seaweed in place of the Mitsuba parsley leaves, and fish sauce diluted in water in place of Dashi stock. It was very delicious!

I want to try this recipe. Looks yummy
I treated myself years ago with one of these tamagoyaky pans and make the dish mostly for brunch or weekend breakfast. I mostly add little cubes of cooked ham and swiss cheese. Yummy, yummy!
Francis is so cute with his collar and the tie.
Search "Tamagoyaki pans" on ebay :) Some of the products are shipped from Japan!
they are both so CUTE ^·^ , I love all their recipes !!
