- Today on our 9-month ultimate world cruise we tour Cabo San Lucas Mexico for an amazing fun day with friends. Yes, not all stops have to be a deep cultural immersion and Cabo San Lucas is the perfect port to just enjoy time with friends. Sometimes ports are just for fun! We spent the day in Cabo San Lucas shopping and having amazing margaritas, and wonderful Mexican food. Come along with us and have margarita while you watch with us!

I'm currently on Vision of the Seas not sure if you heard but a cargo ship ran into the Key Bridge so currently they don't know what port we are returning too. Someone actually told us shortly after it happened. That is really tragic. Heard they are rerouting you and bussing you back home. It’s all a shame.

It’s to bad that Gordo Lele’s closed, which is just a block up from Cabo Wabo. I believe that Javier was ill, and couldn’t run the place anymore. It was always my go to spot for the best and cheapest tacos and beer. Totally unamericanized. He was truly the 5th Beatle 😉

These videos are several weeks behind their current itinerary, and as they said, they still have to get to Los Angeles, California. Then they will head to Hawaii, South Pacific Islands, New Zealand, Australia. If you want current videos Angie Lindermann makes short ones.

Here in México, a lot of visitors don’t realize that the dollar is worth 20% less than a couple of years ago, while the pandemic produced a lot of inflation like in the rest of the world.
But if you go to the flashy places close to the port you’ll also pay exaggerated prices.
All you say is so true. Inflation hit everywhere.
Wow, the drinks at that one stop were crazy expensive!!! I would have love to stock up at the local Walmart, and hopefully the prices was more normal 😂😂😂 Thanks for sharing

People brought empty suitcases to the stores to carry all their purchases.

Love how you took time to just have fun. Question. Did you get international cell plan to text friends? Do you use Google translate or other translation app and conversion rate to the dollar or does the ship provide the conversion rate at each port?
We do use Google translate. We also use an app to calculate conversion rate. And we use AT&T which included Mexico and South America. In other ports when we need to turn it on, it is $10 a day.
Are y’all gonna continue doing videos till September and then nine months are over ? I’m kind of confused where y’all are at at the moment
We are releasing the videos in order of our travels, but yes they are behind where we're physically at today. As an example today we are docking in Taiwan but we just released the video on Ensenada mexico. We have to do that because it takes quite a while to create and edit the videos so the release is actually behind where we're physically at. To your question yes we will release all the videos and some will end up coming out after the cruise is actually over. Hope that makes sense and we really appreciate you following along
I know you always say you don’t want making videos to get in the way of enjoying the cruise. But you used to be fairly current till about Peru. Now your in Cabo on day? When it’s actually day 105. Maybe you need to skip some and get back a lil closer to current cause we love your videos. Just an idea. Thanks and keep it up.

LOL Taco bell ads!!! Went to cabo to dive often in the 70s until the police presence became too much!!!!Its really changed!!!!I have some really awful horror stories about this location but will spare you but it was enough that i will never return to mexico.
