Have just watched your delivery at JJ Roofing Supplies, Southall. You may be interested to know that industrial estate is located on part the site of the old AEC factory. AEC was one of the UK's largest commercial vehicle manufacturers, trucks and buses, and were the major supplier to London Transport.
That alarm normally tells people cranes moving and stand safety points Tata steel used go off everytime one was moving

This will scare most drivers , im a retired now trafford park driver I did Europe for 23 years then i switched to local work like london or peterhead . We use to park in basilden 3 nights a week 6 off us in 6 waggons , One morning 5 off us woke at 5am the 6th guy didnt wake up we smashed his window he was face down in pudding chips and gravy DEAD . The other was 5 months later dead in passenger seat face down in a pizza ,also at 5AM. 1 one was 49 and one was 55 years old RIP . this is 100% True ..
Shame you weren’t filming your driving as going through Bagshot and Bracknell was the way I’d go from Purfleet to my regular run in Berkshire when I was still lorry driving.
Mate, the carnivore diet. Do it at least 4 days a week breakfast eggs and sausage. Dinner chicken breast, rea burgers or steak.
It will drop off you and you wont feel hungry done it myself 👌
No idea how much a stone is, but well done either way, and yes walking burns a fair bit of calories and it is quite nice to you body.
1 stone is about 6.35kg.

Hi Luke Your 1km time made me laugh, I have 2 grandsons (17 & 19) who run 5km in 30 mins just to keep fit.
Well running is faster than walking 😂 10-12 is normal for 1k. I’m on high 12 when concentrating. So got work to do :)
