The Kick Off is LIVE on Sunday 4pm for Liverpool vs Man Utd
I will be watching the live on Sunday afternoon 👍👍👍
I always block your type of "experts" as I always try to minimize the channels that grind just bs.
People always seem to forget Mbappe doesn't even play Salah's position. We're stacked with players on the left, finding an inverted winger on the right is way trickier.
Things change. Can't have Mbappe! We've got Diaz! Errrr we can have both. Jota aswell!
Crazy.
Who are you playing on the right out of those?@@RedBrigades
Facts the only one I think is Achievable is Chiesa but he comes with Maddddd injury problems
He Can play RW if you put him there
If we're throwing Mbappes name in the go after Rodrygo
Give Salah anything he wants, he is UNREPLACEABLE.
Mbappe comes with too much drama attached to him for him to ever play at Liverpool.
I agree, but remember Balotelli? 😂
@@mirranstrmass4009 That was in the Rodgers era not Klopps.
What drama are you talking about? The finance and contract all comes from the PSG board himself. For all I can see is that Mbappe is always available and scoring, unlike Neymar and Messi
Balotelli, suarez, fowler....
@@gman1921 Which of them did Jurgen Klopp get?
mbappe doesn't bring what salah does, professionalism, excellent finishing, no ego or entitlement
Mbappe is better in every aspect of football than Salah. It's not even close dude
Salah has no ego and entitlement coz he,s never been the best player in the world.and mbappe was a better finisher at 18than Salah is now
The entire media is creating a strange villain narrative around Mbappe based on nothing but assumptions, name me one piece of evidence that shows he’s egotistical?
@@Peanutbutt101🤣🤣🤣🤣 stop it
@@Peanutbutt101it comes down to the intangibles really.... Dressing room harmony can just be if not more important provided you have the talent there too
The big difference this year is the goals from midfield. Before then they front 3 weren’t at it Liverpool were stuffed. Now Mac Allister, Szob, Trent and Elliot chipping in.
and Wataru!
Endo with a screamer
And sendo of course!
Gravenberch too
Szoboszlai 4 goals
Klopp wouldn't touch Mbappe with a 10ft pole. There is no superstar behaviour in the dressing room, Salah first one in every day working harder than anyone, creating the atmosphere where they all work for the team. Why would he change that approach for someone injury prone who chases the money. Mbappe is content where he is, just making sure they renew his contract for more and more money. Sure he has great goal stats but he also plays in a farmers league
you've just full waffled, mbappe isnt injury prone, mbappe is not some lazy player who parties who comes in late in training, he rejected madrid who matched all his demands that psg offered other than image rights and he is seen as egotistical cause he gets angry when he loses, you're either a casual or a women who just listens to what the media feed them
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Overrated @@Richardinho-gi7pi
@@Richardinho-gi7pi meat riding crazy
Mbappe isn’t injury prone and has amazing champions league and World Cup stats are those farmer leagues too? U really don’t know football
We've managed okay without mane and salah in the past when they've gone afcon, arguably we have a lot forwards and strikers now than we did in the past
We survived. That's a big difference compared to saying we're comfortable without them. Season-long games demand we have players like Salah and Mane that can bring great output. Diaz, Jota, Nunez, Gakpo are great forwards but their output is nothing compared to what Mane and Salah bring.
@@dzassaultI think he's saying we use to have just jota & origi in the past during the afcons. we've more attacking options now in comparison! and Jota ofcourse.
@@dzassault Won 10 games, that's not surviving.
@@redshift8302 that's called our teams mentality. Asking them to keep that up in a season is outrageous. If you watched the full games during that time, you can see the way we played wouldn't have been able to keep going like that. Even Klopp mentioned that the games were far more intense without them.
@@sonic.garden yeah I realise that now, we should hypothetically be doing better as long as our midfield click on the day
As long as his source is just as reliable as Bellingham coming in we’re all gunna be ok
But that was 100% true and factually correct, it was Liverpool who made the conscious decision to back down and stop pursuing Bellingham.
@@markjones127nope he would never have came over Madrid. Craig is a tool like the rest of them
@@EnchantedLifePath Well we'll never know, as I said Liverpool stepped down, facts are facts.
@@markjones127 no was you there?
@@markjones127 don't come at me with facts we never even stepped up that's a fact as is Klopp comparing fans wanting Bellingham to kids wanting a ferrari. Only fact I know of is he never signed for us and not once did he say he wanted to.... Facts... This baldy nugget started some choo choo hype teaon and never shut up. Fact is he and his alleged source were full of shi7 like you!
Mbappe is a great player,i think he will be a problem for Liverpool, it is not easy to replace the great Salah.YNWA
even weirder with Liverpool is how it looks like they NEED to be behind or a man down, it's like playing fifa with fewer players on your side to have a more challenging game.
Worst thing Fulham did was squaring up to Liverpool!
This is a collab i have been waiting for
True Geordie will find any excuse to mention the fact that Mbappe did nothing against Newcastle for 2 game lmao
The entire media is creating a strange villain narrative around Mbappe based on nothing but assumptions, it’s disgraceful
In the next few years Liverpool will have to start looking at replacing some of that defence
quality pod Lads, keep up the good work
Really enjoyed this. Craig is a straight shooter and adds a nice dynamic to all involved in the conversation.
The issue with mbappe for Liverpool is the wages. It’s not happening
Exactly his wages at PSG dwarf anyone currently at Liverpool.
Nike pay half of them that's the point they made you dork
It's about the substitution mid-game that Klopp makes that allows us to be the comeback kings (and also a deep bench is required to go with it)
Just keep Salah, he's good for another 3 years
No, said the same about Coutinho
@@LoyalFan9383coutinho ain't salah with all due respect
@@zayn2780 same situation with the money
@@LoyalFan9383 Coutinho as good as he was, is not in the same league as Salah.
@@dimirockeropoulos6104 not the point?
I somewhat agree with the take on Klopp and his anger around the 12.30 KO time, but I just want to add a bit of context.
The TV-companies are the ones deciding which games should be played when. So Klopp has very VERY little patience when a representative for a TV company jokes about it, because he knows that ultimately the ones joking are the ones responsible. It’s obvs unfair on the reporter, but he uses the reporter as a representative for the whole company/industry the way a manager is looked upon as the face of his club.
Also, I believe it’s a bit of a language thing. Germans are very literal people; he might’ve just misunderstood the sarcasm as being a critique of Klopp and his moaning instead of being what it actually was.
Klopp is still the funny and charming guy he’s always been. No doubt; you can tell through his players and their passion when playing for him, but he has lost a lot of patiance with the english media; and can you really blame him?
Cheers to Craig! Great guest!
Well done lads keep up the good work 😉😉😉
Great to see Craig on Kick Off
We love you TheKickOff we do 👏👏👏
great job Brian n Craig
Love Craig glad you had him on the pod
If Nunez stops hitting the woodwork & starts scoring goals I think Liverpool could well surprise everyone. But if he doesn't it's gonna be difficult.
I wish Klopp forces Nunez to wear some kind of contactless that slightly reduce his focus. It seems like Nunez focusses too much on the frame instead of the net.
Thanks for the content
Mo is our legend & will always be! COYR ❤️
Always get decent analysis and balance from Joey Knight regardless of the team! And good on Craig for changing his mind!
Itshis mind that causes all his problems , that man is an embarresment
when afcon happens we can just put szoboszlai on the wing or jota on the right and the drop off won’t be crazy it’s only a couple games
Big up craig great show
Perhaps a classic statement with regard to « the potential signing by Liverpool of Kylian Mbappé - Ahem « there’s a big difference between prancing down the Champs Élysée and to walking up Mathew Street » and blow it, Palace awarded a penalty in extra time to equalize. Peace and love James…x
Really enjoying this line up on the kick off
I’d take Mbappe in a heartbeat , no question about it. He is the best player in the world simple as that. Klopp is one of, if not THE best manager in the world. He would thrive under him
Doubt it. Mbappe doesn’t take direction. Klopp likes journeymen who appreciate a little direction and work for the team. Mbappe would ruin the team culture at LFC.
@chrisjohnson6765 honestly Mbappe is more about raising the levels, it's why he has such a massive ego, he is in a league where he utterly outclasses every player in every aspect
@@jasonmillsom2981 Regardless, he would lower the team level at any club he is at given his approach to the game and attitude. Without a doubt he would be a detriment to LFC…
mane seemed to have a great attitude under klopp with the odd argument with salah however at bayern he didn’t last a season fought team mates so klopp has proven he can handle players like that.
Well done Craig
NEVER EVER WILL THIS HAPPEN!
Same guy who made a 'done deal' video for Bellingham about 5 minutes before his move to Madrid was confirmed
Jurgen knows the history of newspaper reporters and the city post Hillsborough. Reporters are always looking for clicks because clicks generate the revenue that newspapers don't nowadays.
It's training and fitness, smart rotation and bench strength. If you can play hard nose, intense football for 60 minutes.... a team that can play 90 mins of high intensity football is going to take you apart in the last 15 minutes of a game.
Liverpool had 10 men for most of the game Brian.
Maybe that’s why you thought it was more comfortable. Even though it ultimately wasn’t.
No Liverpool fan seriously thinks Mbappe will come to Liverpool do they?
Wouldn’t even want him in the squad. Even though he is a class player
VVD comeback isn’t talked about enough
lol
Mbappe to Liverpool would be a fever dream but i don’t know if he’d want the pay cut
Fever nightmare more like...
Even ignoring recent results, it's so strange for Geordie to speculate resilience off performances against his team. We've seen plenty of instances this season (and throughout history lol) where teams will put in great/poor performances where something big is expected of them. And then later on whether it be 1 game later or so, the reverse will happen. All respect to Newcastle, but they they don't determine potential champion status. Same as any other club, we've seen Villa absolutely outplay the treble winners and then struggle against mid-table sides.
Thats my g graig go on fam🔥YNWA
people talk about afcon like it’s 3 months of the season, it’s about a month and in january and february u play 3 games each month so i’m pretty sure it’s like 3 games maximum u miss. Now obviously 3 games can be the difference between winning and losing the league ofcourse but it could be 2 games and that’s not crazy, already city have had kdb out and that’s cost them a lot of points, they’ve had rodri out which has cost them points so even if we drop maybe 3/4 points in those couple of games we should be alright
How can 18 points won from losing positions be "luck" when we've spent years praising the "winning mentality" of the manc sides when they do it? Klopp deserves all the praise for making this happen with the limited resources he had and the juiced up competition he's faced
I’ll tell you more! I don’t know what luck they’re talking about, but the reason for this is that they have specific exercises to train that. And I know this for sure. Given what this pundits do day and day out I am shocked that they don’t have a clue about it.
Craig is so honest and always correct on lfc
Pretty much every team at the top have players going to ACON in January, not just Liverpool with Salah.
List them
@@noivern8595 Off the top of my head Onana, Pape Sarr, Bissouma, Partey, Amrabat, Bertrand Traore. Clubs a little below are way worse off I think West ham lose 4 players, Fulham 5. Brentford 3 I think.
@@andythompson1954 Those players you have named are 10x less important than Salah at Liverpool
First 30 seconds of the interview summed up craig, he doesn't know
Europa league has helped. Decent level competition to blood the new midfield and players. And take Salah off etc after 70 minutes. We need those training games
2 things ....Dr Robotnik looks younger when he's had a shave and I never realised he was Irish 😂
As a Liverpool fan I just don't entertain the idea of Mbappe coming to Anfield, there's a voice in my head which kicks in whenever his name is mentioned, it just says he's not a Klopp player and it's never going to happen, shout out to Craig btw, love the Anfield Agenda!
maybe its that everyone is playing well this season. that in itself explains how the league is so close this season
So for the manager who brought gegenpressing to the premier league, they’re going to take away a player who works hard non stop full 90 for a player who only cares about their goal + assist numbers and never presses…that’ll work!
Mbappe would cost too much and his salary is stupid. Nothing but trouble.
Sometimes certain manager can even get problem players in line. Klopp is such a people person if he could handle Mbappe
Finishing second behind city and winning the Europa and FA cup would be a nice!
I'd love us to win the League but it's too early to call!
So u not worried about Arsenal or Aston Villa at all
@@ajbyatt1419 both are good teams, but I still think City will go all the way... They've been doing this more than 5 seasons, first half of the season they make lots of mistakes, second half of the season they somehow become invincible... I respect both Arsenal and Villa but I think it's still city's to lose... The trophies I mentioned are just wishful thinking on my part
@@Dancewelll Fair Enough full respect two you ultimately four me personally until we are in February and seen Arsenal Aston villa Liverpool and Manchester City transfer window we can't judge yet

This is the same fella who said we should sell Trent
It's a lot to do with the subs for Liverpool. The Reds might have the best bench of the top teams.
Love seeing Craig on other channels ❤
It's not luck it's never giving up attitude at Liverpool. Wait till we start playing.
Id love Bowen meself but i wish we at least offered mo a new contract hes changed his game completely still getting goals and 7 assists already too
Liverpool is stacked with attacking players....BUT the problem is......they are not as consistent enough like Salah.
Liverpool never truly depend on just Salah for goals....the goals came from all the attacking players...just Salah was the most clutch.
Mo-Ali linkup came from their long history together since their Roma days.
as a Liverpool fan I never want Mbappe in my team
Why
@@LoyalFan9383 I would say ego, cos Liverpool isn't the place for that level of ego
@@yakecen3091 such a misconception
@@LoyalFan9383 how so?
@@yakecen3091 well why does he even have an ‘ego’ in the first place if he has one.
Top of the table without even hitting on all cylinders.
Even if the level of competition is less in Europa league, the extra traveling they have to do and we have seen in all of history in the premier league. No one wins the league by having to play Thursday - Sunday. If I were Liverpool, I'd play the kids in Europa and focus on the league. Whats more important the Premier League or Europa?
What's the extra traveling here? Liverpool went to Austria, Belgium and France. That's closer than some of the UCL teams. Only far away teams left in the UEL are Galatasaray and Qarabag, that still have to play a playoff
Klopp wants to bring Mbappe and keep Salah too.
FSG would *NEVER* spend that much money on wages.
i'd realy like Bowen aswell! super player !!
After this week TG = True Gobshite
If any club Mbappe is moving to Real Madrid. He is a galactico and that front 3 would be something.
Never break the wage structure for any player. There is a perfect time to sell. 100 million plus for Salah in the summer would be good business. Klopp would use the cash wisely and make the squad stronger.
Mbappe will unsettle the dressing room. harmony and unity is what brings success, not always the best players.
Being a die hard Liverpool fan as much as I enjoy thinking mbappe in my team, also worries me his rock n roll lifestyle which doesn't match klopp's ethics
The title of this video says all we need to know about how this channel has turned out. Shame used to be amazing couple years ago
Liverpool never ever struggle when Salah leaves for afcon he misses like 2 games 😂
Mo salah only misses arsenal away as the toughest match while he is away, they can win the other 2.
Salah plays on the right and Mbappe plays on the left…
Not having both 😂😂😂
blud think liverpool is gonna have both lol
That's not what he meant
Couldn’t agree more with Bowen to replace Mo
Come On Craig 🔥
Great player no doubt but he doesn’t work in defence. Hard to say you wouldn’t take him, but he’d have to change, and I don’t think he would. I’d actually rather take Coman from Bayern.
Coman 😂😂😂
could Allison ever be in ballon dor contention?
Mbappe as not a Liverpool type of player and never will be.
i dont think many Liverpool fans want mbappe
This whole Thursday Sunday argument is stupid. Most teams now play on a Sunday (or it’s a fairly even split). And Liverpool haven’t had to play their 1st XI in Europa yet, so they’ve had more rest than Champions League teams.
Mbappe is class but his ego gets the better of him and i dont think a player like that would work at Liverpool, like klopp says it needs to be the right player
Lies
Is anyone gonna tell Brian thay Pool had a man sent off early against Newcastle, thats why they dominated 🤦🏽♂️
i wholeheartedly believe mbappe would never fit in the team liverpool currently have, he would stick out like a sore thumb. he is just not fit to play with our team and with the personalities we have
klopp is all for players who have no-ego, and work their asses off for the team - thats what he likes
Lies
Craigs point at the end shows his lack of common sense, if klopp had peps money Liverpool would’ve won those leagues, he lost both leagues by 1 point, another 200m a season would’ve given at least that point
Craig should come on more ! Keep up the great content :)
Go for it
WE NEED A LEFT WINGER
Mbappe only come with the prospect of playing with salah I feel. Same for salah staying imo
2:05 City have more goals
Love craig on this show. He needs to do more of those
