By laws of Ghana , the bono regional house of chiefs does not have authority to create a paramount chief but a king or the president . The forfathers of Fiapire had sworn allegiance to Asantehene ie in 70s . What is wrong for Asantehene to creat Fiapire as a paramount chief ? There is nothing wrong with Asante and He will creat Fiapire as a paramount chief and no court in Ghana can reverse Asantehene's decision .

The issue is that Dr Kwame Nkrumah who is the best president in terms of development made a mistake by naming the region Bono. Check apart from Ashanti Region which has only Asantes and Ahafo Region which comprises of only Ahafo's, the rest does not comprise of only one tribe. Bono Region comprises of Bono people, Asante's, Ahafo's, Denkyira's, Kolango's , Fantra's, Nafana's Badu's , Mo's, etc.
