Custard Ice Cream Recipe | Delicious Homemade Custard Milk Ice Cream | Perfect Summer Ice Cream
INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1 Cup Milk
¼ Cup Sugar
Mix Well
Let It Boil
¼ Cup Milk
2 Tbsp Custard Powder
2 Tbsp Milk Powder
Mix Well
Cook Until Thickened The Mixture
Cool Down And Keep In Fridge For 30 Min.
1 Cup Whipping Cream / Heavy Cream
Beat Until Soft Peaks
Add Custard Mixture
Mix Well
Add Yellow Food Color
Mix
Pour In a Plastic Box
Keep In Freezer For 6-8 Hours
Pistachio On Top

If you really want that smooth and creamy texture, heavy cream is must..
If you use other non fat or water based ingredients like only milk/cornflour mixture etc you will end up with hard icy ice cream ...

Use malai instead of whip cream with full fat milk... prepare the mixture freeze it for 1-2 HR then again remove from freezer and grind it then freeze for 6to 8 hrs it will be perfect

Unfortunately this is not perfect recipe.perfect is, milk half kg tetra pack,sugar 3/4 cup 😊or a cup ,custurd 2 leveled Tb sp( any flavor of which u wanna make ice cream) make custard,it will come our of thin consistency i.e perfect for ice cream❤.now whip a cup of whipping cream add in custard mix well with beater ,result will astonish U as it will b the perfect consistency and taste of international brands v consume ❤all the best
