Man everytime I search up something I'm looking to purchase, Carlo is always the first one that pops up like 99% of the time. I can't tell you how convenient that is and how he doesn't half ass his reviews either. Super chill and calm and easy to understand, really makes you (well at least me) feel like you can get along well with him if you ever met him. Cool to know Ringside are the originators of the cobra reflex bag, I didn't know that. I use tennis balls and 1/8th inch bungie and made a double ended reflex trainer. Works great actually. If you use more than one ball it kind of does a weird harmony on the bouncing and makes it easier, if you use one tennis ball it's difficult until you get your rhythm down.

How does this compare to the amazon brand cobra bag? I have the amazon brand one, and it works really well, but this looks way better than the previous ringside one. Keep up the good work!
Datpittbull channel he did mod with the funnel and small gyro bag it made a lot fast for that spring the problem is the coils on the spring is to close so more vibration which slows it down that spring actually like power twist have on it
Protip for tall guys would be to mount the cobra bag on some type of platform to add length. Good review man!

We got this bag a few days ago the spring seems faster after using it more so far not a bad buy especially since I got 30% off on the bag.

I was given an Everlast reflex bag. It sucks. I'm thinking about modifying it and cutting the top part in half, adding a spring there so it will mimick these. If I mess it up, it doesn't matter since it was free.

Heyyy Pare Carlo! Yeahhhuppp this definitely emulates the more expensive FIERCE and the Australian Brand Cobra bags with more repetitive recoil time! I bought I think a knockoff 1st version on eBay. Definitely gonna get this one with the slimmer, less spacious bladder! 😀😃😄😁😊🙃

nice video. i checked amazon abt this one, lots ppl complain abt the foam ball tear off after a month or so, or the bottom base tear off. another one u have reviewed made in china already sold out unavailable. really dont know which one should i buy, so hard to pick a good reflex bag!!!!

I was literally gonna comment that. I just got the hard foam “rebounder” double end bag from Title and it’s amazing. Extremely satisfying to hit and fast rebound.

It's $300 but on the website they have 35% discount so I think I paid around $225. Which isn't bad considering how ludacris other brands are charging for piece of spring.

No, you can do fine without it. It’s just another training apparatus similar to a double end bag. Added benefits is timing and reflexes

Honestly I haven’t tried to remove mine, but maybe try a pipe wrench with a towel so it doesn’t scratch it

I’ve heard a lot of people complaining about bad customer service. Ordered their bag months ago and still haven’t received anything. So can’t support that.

I have the original ringside Cobra Bag, it sucks. The bar moves way too much and the base is weak. This one looks way better. I will barley hit it with mild strength and it goes on a roller coaster
