Siren at 7:33 for anyone who cares
This a bloody noisy helicopter when it's hovering above
I still can’t believe we have 25 of these beauties, well 4 planes, 4 EC145’s and 15 EC135’s
Lovely tone when lifting off. All ways the star of an open day when Air Support or Air Ambulance there
Yeah definitely is great 👍🏻
You mean the blades clapping?
splendid colors !!!!!
I just love the H135
3:29 - Pilot to ground crew, "Can you confirm the back whirly thing is whizzing around same as top whirly thing ?" Ground crew to pilot "Yes back whirly thing confirmed over", Pilot gives thumbs up.
Ya meane prpelers
He's actually watching for fire out of the engine exhaust. There are some cases where an engine fire will not cause any immediate system alarms so they have an observer watch just in case. This procedure is especially common with two-engine helicopters as there is twice the chance of such a fire.
And you may say, why is he at the front when the engine exhaust is out the back. One, because the pilot is looking at him. They need to see each other. Two, you don't want to stand with your face at the exhaust end of an engine having problems. You want to stay in front. 😊
Nice one mate
Love the noise of the EC-135 :)
Thanks! 😎😎

What on earth is the use of a siren on a helicopter...
They are used to clear makeshift landing zones, in other words, to get rid of all the spectating idiots where they are landing.
Omg it's Harold
Harold is a Westland Whirlwind
No strobe or anti-collision lights on, strobe lights should go on prior to start up
What’s next? Blue light on a helicopter😂😂😂
They already have a red light
Jesvin
How to pull over another helicopter:
🤣🤣
I thought G-HEOI was NPAS Redhill?
No that’s npas almondsbury who uses heoi redhill uses this one sometimes g-polf or g-polg
@@coryoconnor7941 That's correct although I am pretty sure that G-HEOI was previously used by NPAS Redhill for a bit

How do you not have the time to do that you have to go to emergencies
There's more than one police helicopter in the uk to cover emergencies. Police are allowed some down time! Which btw if you had listened, they were called off to emergency the day before this so technically, they never stop being on duty even during this event. Allways on standby and could be called out at any moment in time!
why do they need a siren? Helicopter pursuits?
There's a possibility while they need a siren because of local Patrol's when looking for someone & pursuit.
When they land in busy areas (which is rare) or alerting people on the ground to anything.
It’s for when they land and need to clear people Kent Air ambulance has one as well
Game's up! You have nowhere to run.. So don't bother.. Easily said with siren.
@@ce9934 all they need is a noisy rotor
How much do you pay for a police helicopter
Some million, the thermal cameras alone are around 100k+
It sounds like an LAPD siren
eurocopter ec 135
Camera and action on your mobile I can see you and I can hear you
Shame it's NPAS - ruining police aviation. Better were the days when the Essex helicopter would attend the KPOD!
