Oh yes….I serve his every need till he passed the rainbow bridge last year. My entire neighborhood knows he dictates my actions. When we are out and I am chatting with my neighbors, he would displeased and walks away and then meows very loudly and our group will end conversations and they say “master is calling, best you go and see to him, bye!”
I have a chatty cat, she can be very bossy, demanding pets, food, treats and to be let out.. I have a dog too, but my cat is a better guard dog and she's always the first one at the door when I come home.. 😂❤❤
I have a VERY opinionated little Grey Tabby lady. Her name is Rocket. She lost her rear right leg in some kind of accident prior to us adopting her. The vets think she may have been hung from something. She yells at me for treats all the time. She's constantly chatting. If she enters or leaves a room, or if she's just simply wondering where we are. We have trained her and her brother to walk on a harness. They both absolutely love their walks. We have another rescue Cat named Olly. He's 2.5 and little Rocket turned 2 a couple of weeks ago. We couldn't love them both anymore. ❤ from Melbourne Australia 🇦🇺

I met one of my beloved senior cats a week after his previous owner passed away.

He's gorgeous! I adopted my mom's cat when she got sick and we weren't sure if she'd end up in a nursing home or what. I moved Muffin from Minnesota to Florida and she took it all in stride ... even the plane ride! She is something else. Oh and mom got better too!

OMG! What a guy! He's absolutely darling! When he came to live with you, he had the usual adjustments to make: new scents, new sounds, new rhythm of the household. Those get worked out fairly quickly. In the Jane days, I presume he always had his human companion around. In your case, that's different because you leave for work and he's left alone until you return. So there's that adjustment too. I don't think he's complaining as much as he is expressing his delight that you're back! He has to tell you about his day! And, of course, "time for food!" He sure does make large biscuits too. Anyway, you're both enamored with each other and nothing is better than that!

This is another reason why it’s so important for people to save/plan for retirement, so they can afford a retirement home that allows pets or in home care. 😔 Sad that the previous owner wasn’t able to be w/ her pet during her final days.

My cat is so bossy, she makes me stop what I'm doing to watch her eat, at least 5 times a day.
"When i get up in the morning...."
I expected a bossy cat like hers to wake her up in the morning. My cat makes sure i don't sleep past 7AM.
I was never a morning person before i got my Boogie, but for the last 2 years, I don't sleep in anymore. The last time i slept in was last week when she got stuck behind my stove overnight and fell asleep back there.

Cats and Dogs can feel difference in humans or other animals lost. I had dealt with 7 kittens who died. They were so precious sadly I burry them. The mom was looking for her first litter after she just had her 2nd. Mom cats can remember her first litter. She is taking care of 4 kittens of her 2nd litter.
