sorry to see that Super Viper go in like that...I have ben learning to fly this year and the exact same thing happened to me ...I was flying around very nicely and near the end of my pack wanted to do some simple rolls with my Tundra .....I purposely got inverted a little to close to the ground and became confused then froze and WHAM..... I found out they come down a lot faster than they go up !!!!
He dumb thumbed that one. His fault and he knows it. When he was rolling during the turn he lost orientation and pulled elevator when it started to go down and he was actually inverted. Grey skies will get you if you are flying above your skill level. I’ve seen this at clubs too many times.
@AMJB1000000000 indeed they do. They cause cloaking where you cant tell which way is up or direction traveled. I never used to fly expensive aircraft on cloudy days. I’ve seen many good pilots lose planes like this. Just watch an aerobatic show on a cloudy day. You will lose the attitude of the plane when turning.
I dumb thumbed a brand new Extra on its second flight at very low altitude. The aircraft was way above my skill level at that time. With that said, people make mistakes and you learn from them, that's how life works! Hope he get back on the horse because I did not for a long time after my crash.

You really think people that fly jets mess up modes. No I don't think so, otherwise the jet would have been down earlier. BTW what you're saying about mode 1 is totally wrong, that's mode 3. Mode 1 has on left stick ele/rud and on right stick thr/ail. Please do your classes before writing nonsense.
Why not explain what happened for others to learn? Everyone crashes whether its pilot error or a component malfunction. Seemed like it was going fast enough to not be a stall. Kudos for posting it at all though.

I think it’s safe to say that he wasn’t experienced enough for a jet like this. I think you should have to get certified to fly a jet this big wether it’s electric or not. They are big and dangerous

Interesting theory so clouds make crashing more likely?

The pilot must be a miner with all that digging. It's too bad about the plane though.
Ich liebe solche Crashs.Völlig nutzlos.😪😪😊😊
Wow you rcplane like rainbow, good job my friend
I bought this jet for Christmas will you sell me your edf set up if I promise not to pick my before a flight
Damn. His wife is gonna be pissed. She is probably still nagging at him a year later.
All that overtime gone in sixty seconds
OH NO it WAS a great video : (
