For the hell of it I am going to get a knockoff atlas and see if I can make it better with the fixes they have for them.
Now the Lite comes in a crappy flannel bag with drawstring - cheap and nasty. If you want a picatinny mount you have to pay an extra £30 because the standard fitting is for a sling swivel stud - whether you want it or not. My standard legs were shorter than the length on the Spartan website by a bout 10mm. It wobbles a bit.

Does it fold down on the stock as well or just stay in that position when carrying around?
no you remove it, you can buy a belt holder for it tho
