8 years ago, I 'room-mated' with a woman recognized as a Southern California prophetess. After 3 months living with her, I couldn't wait to leave. My biological father is just like this. Like him they want attention, power, and respect. Im so thankful to the mentors the Lord led me to in my youth! They taught me to always check for scripture. To pray before a sermon, look for the scripture all throughout the sermon I'm being preached, and to go home and enter into my quiet place of scriptural study with the Lord before accepting anything as true. If i don't see scripture several times throughout the sermon, and if it doesn't align with the truth of God's word, I should ask for the scriptures that back their sermon. I was told to do this before i unified myself to any assembly and / or body of Christ. Im so grateful for this advice. That our emotions are not to be driving what or how i should think or behave. To accept truth, based on how it made me feel, would have me ungrounded, changing like the wind. I was also taught not look at a pastor as anything other than a vessel to be used by God. That i should have my own relationship with the Lord and study in His word. Pastors are human, and no one is perfect. However, to twist and pervert the word of God to gain popularity and appease itching ears is vial, and the spirit of antichrist. It is the opposite of what Christ teaches, which is anti Christ. We cant understand the mind or ways of God, we are to be obedient, searching for wisdom in His word. They have no fear of the Lord. They can't have any wisdom or knowledge of Him. People are trying to twist the word to their own desire and the miniscule understandings of man. The times are becoming so full of deception. Please be careful what you accept and align yourselves with. Peace be with you.

Bragging about having God's power bring attention to you Not God so much and people get excited to talk to you because you say you have the power of God. Might I remind you that each and every Christian in indwelt with the power of God and we are His living temple. 1 Corinthians 3:16 " 16Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in your midst?" So this idea that the teacher is somehow special or more powerful than the 'average' Christian is False.
Man listen, I went to a Juanita Bynum prayer meeting in Queens. It was amazing! I mean, really great. THEN, she tried tapping on the pockets of the congregants... she has a prayer kit that she said God told her to sell for less...she wanted errbody to give. She even gave something to someone for free. I guess I must've made a face that was contrary because when we all lined up for prayer, she gave me a special word. 😂! I was like, yeah, nah. She'd also been to my church to minister twice in my remembrance. Honestly, this lady is a great orator. But I don't like being pressured to give. At all.
Whenever someone says god told them whatever, one must ask, which god? Was it the beloved Christmas god Tammuz who masquerades as Yeshua Hamashiach the ruach hakodesh a Roman god, or was it God the Father who has a only begotten Son who is the Son of God? 1 Corinthians 8: 5-7 is clear nothing added, nothing left out. Personally, I find women pastors shouldn't exist but those that get up in front of parishes usually are very domineering and full of false pride. They usually spend time pushing themselves above God. Also you're not supposed to speak in tongues in front of congregation without an interpreter. Paul was very clear about that.

I think the Complementarian view based on scripture is further strengthened by some female preachers that fail to exposit texts or to be biblically faithful. But what are your views on some Egalitarian scholars saying the ESV/some translations have been inconsistently translated to rule out female leadership in the church? I am assuming you know the views of scholars such as N.T Wright. I think it would be useful to hear your views if you haven't elaborated already. God bless you🙏

I really enjoy your channel and I agree with about 80% of what you say. :) However, I absolutely believe in spiritual gifts such as; tongues, prophecy etc. There is a great amount of witnesses, including myself that can justify the application of faith and miracles thereof. On the other hand, I do see the “gimmickery” (in the words of Benny Hinn) in some church. Thank you for all you do.
My former pastor of prosperity church told me- if I left his church (to go to another) I’ll be curse & attacked by the devil because I won’t be under his umbrella his protection- Yes he said it to my face and I was shocked😮 Now that I think about it- please pray that pastor curse off and away from me. I thank God for opening my eyes and taking me out of there I had no idea that’s how it was until I left. It was a cult who’s ready to curse a child of God for serving God elsewhere.

Towards the end the Jim Jones People's Temple was mentioned. It opened my eyes as to why a lot of those beautiful people joined that church. The documentary inferred that they were so tired of being victims of racism. Being shut out of their community because of Urban Renewal etc. Feeling like no one really cared about them. I get it now. They commend each other and themselves (2 Corinthians 10:12) (Matthew 23:9). I love Paul for just that reason. Everything someone needs to know about being an apostle, he teaches. Im so thankful to the mentors the Lord led me to in my youth! They taught me to always check for scripture. To pray before a sermon, look for the scripture all throughout the sermon I'm being preached, and to go home and enter into my quiet place of scriptural study with the Lord before accepting anything as true. If i don't see scripture several times throughout the sermon, and if it doesn't align with the truth of God's word, I should ask for the scriptures that back their sermon. I was told to do this before i unified myself to any assembly and / or body of Christ. Im so grateful for this advice. That our emotions are not to be driving what or how i should think or behave. To accept truth, based on how it made me feel, would have me ungrounded, changing like the wind. I was also taught not look at a pastor as anything other than a vessel to be used by God. That i should have my own relationship with the Lord and study in His word. Pastors are human, and no one is perfect. However, to twist and pervert the word of God to gain popularity and appease itching ears is vial, and the spirit of antichrist. It is the opposite of what Christ teaches, which is anti Christ. We cant understand the mind or ways of God, we are to be obedient, searching for wisdom in His word. They have no fear of the Lord. They can't have any wisdom or knowledge of Him. People are trying to twist the word to their own desire and the miniscule understandings of man. The times are becoming so full of deception. Please be careful what you accept and align yourselves with. Peace be with you.

What disturbs me and i see blasphemes is when the teacher says, "I have the authority', or 'i've been given the authority' of God to do this or that bringing attention to themselves as if they are really something because they have God's authority.
Might I remind you it is God's power given to us for bring glory to God - not bringing glory or attention to ourselves. It is power that is Not ours but is God's and to be use for God's purposes. Bragging about having God's power bring attention to you Not God so much and people get excited to talk to you because you say you have the power of God.
Might I remind you that each and every Christian in indwelt with the power of God and we are His living temple. 1 Corinthians 3:16 " 16Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in your midst?" So this idea that the teacher is somehow special or more powerful than the 'average' Christian is False.

THEN, she tried tapping on the pockets of the congregants... she has a prayer kit that she said God told her to sell for less...she wanted errbody to give. She even gave something to someone for free. I guess I must've made a face that was contrary because when we all lined up for prayer, she gave me a special word. 😂! I was like, yeah, nah. She'd also been to my church to minister twice in my remembrance. Honestly, this lady is a great orator. But I don't like being pressured to give. At all.

Personally, I find women pastors shouldn't exist but those that get up in front of parishes usually are very domineering and full of false pride. They usually spend time pushing themselves above God. Also you're not supposed to speak in tongues in front of congregation without an interpreter. Paul was very clear about that.

I think the Complementarian view based on scripture is further strengthened by some female preachers that fail to exposit texts or to be biblically faithful. But what are your views on some Egalitarian scholars saying the ESV/some translations have been inconsistently translated to rule out female leadership in the church? I am assuming you know the views of scholars such as N.T Wright. I think it would be useful to hear your views if you haven't elaborated already. God bless you🙏

I really enjoy your channel and I agree with about 80% of what you say. :) However, I absolutely believe in spiritual gifts such as; tongues, prophecy etc. There is a great amount of witnesses, including myself that can justify the application of faith and miracles thereof. On the other hand, I do see the “gimmickery” (in the words of Benny Hinn) in some church. Thank you for all you do.

Hello Ms.Ceejay, I watched a doc telling all about the history of San Francisco and all of its different races/cultures of people. How they came to live there . Towards the end the Jim Jones People's Temple was mentioned. It opened my eyes as to why a lot of those beautiful people joined that church. The documentary inferred that they were so tired of being victims of racism. Being shut out of their community because of Urban Renewal etc. Feeling like no one really cared about them. I get it now. They commend each other and themselves (2 Corinthians 10:12) (Matthew 23:9). I love Paul for just that reason. Everything someone needs to know about being an apostle, he teaches. I can't think of anyone with that title who could stand up under that kind of persecution. Most people casting out demons or are prophets are pretty ordinary. You couldn't pick 'em out of a crowd of similar people. When they came to find Jesus in Gethsemane, they had to ask which one of the group He was.
