Here it is!! What do you think?
Floor Plan and State Availability
timothyplivingston.com/4-bedroom-custom-by-cardinal-crest-homes-the-hamilton-estate/
Those gutters look straight up ghetto.
Hey, just an FYI: you have a clone account responding to people who respond to your account. Theyâre asking users to text you on Telegram.
I like your channel, and donât want to see it get damaged from this. I reported the response to my original comment, but CZcams doesnât accommodate screenshots here.
There is one glaring error that I often see on otherwise beautiful modern home designs: the garage is not wide enough to allow for ease of fully opening the vehicle doors when all bays have vehicles. I would add that the garage doors may not be tall enough for a modern 3/4 ton 4x4 which are super common.
Many builders allow for an option to have the garage expanded a few feet
The gutters arenât really doing anything for me either.
Also, why have that huge of a garage but not have more lighting and electrical outlets? Putting aside that it has no 220v anywhere at all and it is not already plumbed for central compressed air, it barely has the resources for even a basic DIYer to make use of that garage.
In fact, even if this house is intended for someone who doesn't do any of their own work in the garage, it should have been wired for an EV charging station or two in today's world.
The level of detail is insane, whoever did the interior design deserves an award. The use of contrast and texture is amazing...love, love, love.
Holy gutterhouse Batman!!
How many downspouts would you like? YESSS!!
Front of the house? In full view? Perhaps make it a feature wall of downspouts? Of course!!!
Do they have enough rain gutters in the front of that house? Jesus that looks awful, it should be called the ârain gutter estateâ
Thats first thing I noticed. What in the world were they thinking?
It reminds me of the old estates I saw living in Europe so it goes with the 'aesthetic' they wanted. Not my style but I see why they did it.
đž I would definitely have them alter roof design to avoid that, it was first thing my eyes saw and I couldnât un see it after
Such an eyesore. Shame itâs a beautiful house
This house is an architectural disaster.
Yeah this rain gutters are a bit much. They couldâve done something differently with those
Anyone else not like the downspouts at the front? They look ugly to me.
I don't like the overly visible downspouts, either. I didn't see any extensions to take the rainwater away from the house, so I'm wondering if the water is going into an underground cistern...??
I actually like the spouts, is that weird?
I love watching home tours on CZcams and I have to say you do some things that stand out above the rest. Thank you for always highlighting the garage and mechanicals...!!! Most everyone else misses them. Fixtures are nice but the real workings of a home matter just as much. :)
I can't imagine what that roof costs to replace. With all those angles and corners, that looks like a water intrusion nightmare.
Love this new segment showing everything that out there. Those average homes or starter homes and the more expensive homes out there. It appeals to everyoneâs own needs and wants. Thanks I get so tired looking at the same thing. The same price range.
For the money, this home is worth it!!! I donât say that very often.
For the square footage, not a lot of vapid ideas to take up space, as we have seen in previous larger homes.
Just a lovely and functional home.
The outside fireplace I like the stone look better than the all white inside. that Master bedroom wall behind the bed I really like alot.
Holy downspouts batman, thats a modern farmhouse mcmansion
I love the basement in this home. Iâd use it for hobbies, crafts and even a workshop. And what a great space when you have a big family gathering planned and it rains all day long. Kids could ride bikes and play with their loud toysâŠor drum kits. Finally, the house is lovely. The Butlerâs pantry and 1st floor laundry room are definitely the best spaces.
Out of all the homes you have toured i like this one the best!
If I bought this home I'd spend my first hour after move in crying for joy. Spectacular! Thanks Timothy đ
I really love this home. In the basement area I would probably have a game/movie theater for the family. Also, I put a half bathroom down there as well.
The basement I would add a bathroom, make it a huge entertainment area with a full bar and kitchen, and add a pool to the backyard. It keeps people out of the main part of your house.
Beautiful house. Enjoyed the tour. The outside was a little weird but otherwise it was pretty awesome. Thanks for sharing!!
Wow!
I was not crazy about the front of the house, but the interior is extraordinary, and I would embrace the front because of it.
The storage space alone is so vast, I wouldnât know how to fill it.
I would get two or three more bedrooms in the basement, and then use the rest for entertainment, without a pool table.
It would be amazing to have people visit.
You could totally redesign the exterior! I HATE the exterior and most of the main rooms of the ground floor (I mostly like the kitchen) and I HATE many of the choices of the finishes. But all of that is easily changed. It's the layout that matters most. If you like that, you can change how anything looks.
Yeah I feel like all those gutters take away the view that they are trying to show-off.
Nothing in life besides my sons I want more than owning a home and creating memories to pass onto future generations
Finally! A design that considers the daily practicality.
Exterior envelope design is an important as any material selections. Seeing the lack of finish on the entry and bay front exterior windows brings alarm. Design, Details, and Duration is the name of the game.
That is the modern industrial look
I would want a formal dining area as well as the informal dining area so that would be something I would want changed. I'm not crazy about the black framed glass enclosure for the front room
Beautiful house. The major features are underwhelming for $2M home such as entry, staircase and fireplace.
I agree. For $2M+, the house overall is small (should be at least 5,000sq ft), all of the bedrooms are small (the primary bedroom is 15x15 - should be at least 16x19 - and the others are 12x12?). Then you get to the basement and it's totally unfinished? No thanks, especially considering this is in Missouri?
i adore how indepth your tours are! theyre very calming also with the nice music and how you talk. plus adding the floorplans on screen really helps and gives us our bearings, and is just fun to look at and see where everything is lol. keep doing what youre doing, youre doing awesome! first video and definitely won't be my last. thank you!!
I saw the 2nd flr. floor plan, but I must be missing the 1st floor. ??
Love how they used white oak for the cabinets and trim for the entire house.
Wow, thatâs a lot of downspouts on the front of the House!
My wife and I always wondered what the layouts looked like when we drive by these amazing new builds in Liberty! Thanks for the awesome tour đđœ
The interior and attention to detail on this one was nice.
Beautiful
Absolutely Fantabulous!!! Love every single thing about it! Super kudos to the designers and builders.
Did a very good job Timothy touring this home, thank you.
Amazin One ...Tim Thank You
This is an amazing home! It's so well done with the detailing!
Love the variety of homes you
show. Love the kitchen and
pantry. Merry Christmas to
you and your Family.
This is a Home I could live in. So much space. I love that the basement was left unfinished. You can make it your own space. So many options. You showed this house perfect.
@TimothyP_Livingston.... Thanks. Right now I'm window shopping. One thing this home could use is an elevator by the way. Have a great day!đ
Gorgeous home! I LOOOOOOVE the front of the home with the different siding!!!
Love to take this home and move it to the mountains of Virginia â€
Way cool. I like to dream big sometimes. We can get ideas from these monstrous homes.
Outstanding job and exquisitely designed home. Best one yet.
This is my favorite house.
It's beautiful.â€
You can tell this is a good quality built home by the finishes and materials choices. Great video quality and thanks for not having loud annoying background music in your video. Iâm hate when people does that.
The refrigerator in this one I like so much better than that giant stainless steel industrial model in the other home
The interior is absolutely beautiful! Well done!
This is amazing from front to back. I just donât understand how someone could spend two million plus and you can see what your neighbor is doing in their house from your window.
Agreed. I don't want my neighbors looking at me through my windows in a starter home, let alone a multi million dollar one. You would think two million would get you more privacy.
Wow
I really like this house.... that basement would be a whole second living area maybe add 2 small guest rooms another office maybe a small gym area and a nice open family area some old school arcade games and that tv room on the top floor for me I would probably turn it into an office for the kids
Hello Timothy
What a gourges home what a amazing home i love this home this tour whas amazing everything is beautyfull i love the kitchen the pantry the living room the dining rooms i love everything thank you for showing us this amazing home timothy take care and God bless
Anja
Love the details đ
Thank you for sharing this video đč!
This home is beautiful !!
of all the dream homes i have seen on his channel, i think this one is number one. the interior design was perfection, so beautiful and modern yet very traditional. the materials and colors were awesome. this would be my perfect dream home. Only part i didnt care for was the first bedroom upstairs. def have to make that bath part of the bedroom suite somehow. And that basement, finish it out awesome...and then line that one wall in bookcases and have a secret section that opens up and have a whole hidden speakeasy in that huge area under the garage....that was awesome! this is my dream house.
Timothy you're going to be doing Mansions next I just want to wish you and your wife and your kids a very merry Christmas â€ïžđâđâ and this place is a dream home
lol maybe merry Christmas to you too Birdie!
While this hm is stunning, its overwhelming! Lol plus why was there no freezer space in the pantry? It's way bigger than I need but exquisite! Thx Timothy!đđââïž
It's a fabulous home with many great design ideas, like the pantry. But something's not quite right. For instance the shape and size of the master bathroom seems small for such an expensive home. The basement is literally a blank canvas limited only by the owners imagination and bank account.
I'd be interested in seeing newly built homes that incorporate sustainability, i.e. solar, wind, batteries, rain catchment, grey water usage, etc. If they exist.
How many drainspouts do you want ..... yes
That laundry room is beautiful. Thnkx for showing this.
Again hearth and mantle on the fireplace, I like the kitchen in this one with the beautiful china cabinet built in and the natural tones but love the Pantry too. Fire place does have the hearthstone but want both
I like the outside itâs very nice. The rain gutters I wish they wouldâve done something different with those because they kinda take away from the overall charm of the home.
This is the BEST one yet!
I love the office
Really like this homeâŠhas lots of storage without having to use tiny attic accessđđ
This is a beautiful home!
Stunning from top to bottom! The basement is big enough to be a whole other house!
Just an alright home. Rooms were odd with lots of angles and turns. Rooms werenât near as large as I expected.
Absolutely gorgeous!!! If I ever win a lottery, I will certainly buy this house. đđđđ
The entry door should have been more majestic looking with a double solid wood door with one side of lighted panels. The office on the right should have a larger horizontal window to allow enough light in to compensate for the loss of the entry. The rest of the house is absolutely gorgeous.
As a work from home professional, I love that office space. Except the fact I'd have to keep it clean đ
Best looking structure, to support an array of rain gutters, I've ever seen.
Built ins are beautiful
2+ million dollars and you can darn near high five your neighbor from the patio walking out from the master bedroom, big nope.
Iâm in KC and the home is beautiful but I agree for that much I need it fenced in and a private entry gate lmfao. Way to close for the price
This thing is ridiculous đ„ great job!
Gorgeous home!!!
That basement would be a perfect recreation room for all kinds of activities.
Beautiful đ house Tim thanks for showing
Perfect
This one I love.
I'm Speechlessâ€
Very nice
I want this house!
Yea! My city.
Floorplan At 2:04, 15:24.
Ticks all the boxes with even a spot or two for an elevator.
Wow!
Gold everything in a home, will always be to funky.. like purple balls dangeling in the windows of a old lowered Cadillac
Itâs brass, not gold. The guys touring these homes havenât figured that out yet.
Beautiful Home đ„°
A beautiful home
Wowzer!
Pretty great master ensuite
Nice light neutral colors
Love it
Very very nice home but it has itâs faults!!! Thank You for showing it TimâŠ.Merry Christmas to you, Jen and the boys! Bblessed Tim. Miss Teena
If you have pocket doors on the pantry, then you can use the side walls for artwork or large spice racks, extra towel racks, etc. The trees on the front of the house are too big and too close, they will only be a liability later on. I've seen other builders that make shed dormers, instead of all the small ones, gives you more space (like in the bonus room, you could actually have a sofa along that wall, bed, shelves, ie, usable space.
Fabulous...I can would a dream home for me
Wow Timothy! I LOVE this home! It has so many unique features and so many extras! I love everything about it. I've been binge watching your tours and I can say this home overall is my favorite! The log cabins are really awesome!! Love those too! Anyway, thank you for touring all these lovely homes. Just found your channel a couple of weeks ago and absolutely love it!!! Thank youđđ
I was like "only 4 rooms?" I saw the basement and was like "wow, I could have a whole concert going on down there" đ€Ł
Beautiful đ house
Its a nice home love the outdoor upper level, and the basement area, but there is a lot of wasted space. If I had a home that size if have everything I want in it before I moved into it.
The drainage system throws the beauty off. I wish it was so obvious but I wonder if there is even a way to avoid that.
What do you need an attic for with all the storage in this beautiful home đ
maintenance access for any pluming, heating, electrical.
@@COASTER_CHASER_1 Makes sense...
The white rain gutters and drainage piping is a bit odd to the exterior visual aesthetic.
