You're leaving out scenes from the episode so your theories add up. Squidward is all white from using talcum powder. The towel on his head and the bath robe are both white. Squidward is manipulating and using guilt to get revenge on SpongeBob for annoying and causing squidward pain and torment. When squidward is carried off in the bubble he's above the water surface and birds are eyeing him. This theory is just a hack job just to make a conspiracy video.
There was a reference to the middle Squidward scene in the strange uncanny Valley episode
I think one of those sea gulls poped the Buble and Squidward floated down and then SpongeBob final exepted what was going on
The episode ended when the seagulls were eyeing squidward.
