We are very excited about these new Anti-Foams. We have been working on this design for over 2 years now, and through a lot of testing we finally have something we believe will make a big difference in the RC world. This product is 100% made in the USA and even the special filament we use is made here in the USA.

Would AntiFoams resist ballooning at speed? That would be great for bashers in a size for vehicles like the Slash.

These remind me of the memory foams I’ve used in the past, but without the sidewall roll. Are any chances of other sizes being introduced? I’d love to try these for my 1.9 rigs that that run 4.20” and 3.85” tires as well as in the 2.2’s my Comp and Night Crawlers!

  • @gonncalomariamonteiro4176

The age of thermoplastics and 3Dprinting is revolutionizing the RC WORLD...fantastic product !
And if in one hand we see companies pushing inovation and engineering to a all new level, on the other, average "Joe's" experiment different approaches to the same problem.
Ever tried hair buns as tire inserts?
    Cheers mate

Once you get enough for a few pairs of tires you should do stock foam vs anti foam vs anti foam with tuning rods. Things like max side hill and frontal hill angles would be interesting to compare, especially using the same car with very similar wheels and rims (if not the same wheels/rims if you have multiples 😂)

You should see how they do rock bouncing, I think since they’re 2nd stage is harder than foam it could take a ton of shock out of your impacts. Might even be good for mid speed bashing when it comes to shock absorption, as long as they don’t expand too much

They work better than traditional foams in every way. Waterproof and infinitely tunable. If you have a 3D printer make your own and experiment with infil patterns and inner and outer diameter. Totally kicks ass.

Please can people stop saying this is my idea and 3Bros and Alex have stole it. We both came up with different ways of making them work and I really like the tuning rod idea!
Also I don’t think mine will be mass produced like these as they rely on specific material properties which means the print times are a bit too long for me to make many of them.
Please enjoy the video and be happy that you can actually buy this style of insert. I love mine and they have transformed my crawling and I hope other people are going to reap the benefits of super stiff sidewalls for sidehilling with the softest grip you can imagine for getting over stuff

Put some baby powder on them before you put them in the tires so the two rubbers are not gripping and squeaking on each other. Just an idea.

I have had sets in my truck for about a year, I have tried to test them as harshly as I can. Gone though gears, axles, and tires. You'll have to rip the tire completely apart to even come close to tearing these.

I *hate* foams. I hate them passionately... and I have long thought "can I somehow get rid of these things... and not have my truck suck?" and now the answer is YES. I'm going to have my friend design me some (so he gets practice and some work designing he can claim later "look what i did for another client") and replace all my tire foams. Certainly I can see a place for foams, but it aint in any vehicle I own.
