As a Celtic fan I'm delighted but I have to say "fair play" to Gerrard for that interview. He really does answer all the questions whether they are easy or difficult unlike so many managers nowadays
Thought the same tbf. He's done really well with that team, some rangers fans need to lay off him a bit since the new year. I'm not a Rangers fan (Liverpool fan), but I think he has done a very good job on the whole. Celtic were miles ahead economically, mentality/experience wise etc when he joined and it looks like they are still ahead. That should not be a surprise to anyone. Gerrard has had to recruit players for a relatively low amount, either players past their best, or not going to make it at a premier league club. His record in Europe is very impressive. Surely most non-Celtic fans would like to see a bit of genuine competition in the SPL?
