Buy a set of impact sockets if you are going to use an impact gun, a chrome socket is not made for impact use and they can either crack or even explode sending shrapnel into yourself and/or someone else who may be by you resulting in injury or even death. The torque spec on the Ford brace is 46 lbs ft. Strange that your aftermarket brace would be 11 lbs ft lower torque spec than what ford specs. If a torque spec is too low it can allow movement and your front strut tower bolts should be torqued to Fords specs not a lower aftermarket spec.
Can you make a video on how you Jack up your mustang for service like when you did the wheels please? I know how but it still makes me nervous on a new car
Just jack it up from the pinch weld, strongest jack point on the car. You cant mess it up as long as you're centered on it
@@noff1672 minus the fact you risk it folding, just look at the manual and there's points you can jack up the car at
@@atomicbogator6799 not gonna fold. Maybe if your cars frame is a rusty pos but on a new gen mustang not gonna happen
@@noff1672 I mean ig it's just sometimes even on cars that have 0 rust you aren't meant to jack up at the pinch weld because it's too thin like on full frame cars they have specific spots on the frame since the body isn't the main structure the pinch weld isn't as thick
Hey! I could probably make a CZcams short about it. It’s pretty easy. There are arrows embossed in the plastic showing where the jack points are. You can jack up the rear using the diff as well. 👍 🙂

Is there enough room to do oil changes without taking it off?
If your just filling it with the engine cover on then yes! However unfortunately there is not enough room to remove the engine cover with the strut brace on. If you need to change plugs or something you will have to remove the brace

@@daily_driven a full roush exhaust, custom Bama tune, has a strut tower brace, 3.73 gears, airrad intake, stronger driveshaft. It's also a convertible premium with the shaker system, deep impact blue with black racing stripes. It's a dream.
