Little thought on that break down idea Dag, if they put something in that if the maintenance bar goes below 25% then the chance of something breaking rises, only to a max of a 25% chance of something to break as the maintenance gets to 0%. This way, if you dont want to deal with it, you just have to maintain your vehicles. Also, as there is only a maximum of 25% chance, that doesnt mean you will see a broken part, but one every 4 months or so. So still not too interfering
0:50 for added realism we got the new foil wrap addon which does the same thing as the net wrap addon(just for plastic) and lets you have 12 spares in this specific baler
Dagger, equipment damage would be based on maintenance or lack thereof. keeping preventative maintenance would give a very rare chance of breakdown where as never doing maintenance would have a high chance of breakdown. all based on % chance of course.
I'm liking how slow this series is so far. I don't at all mind some repetition, and it's relaxing to watch

I love your videos and series. More the Co-Op seies but I like this one too. I think you should allow yourself to drive like a landrover/truck somewhere to RP that someone has dropped you off. Then you could drive both back and that counts. Leaving tractors somewhere stranded makes no sense as that is actually Unrealistic.
I'd like to see a neighbour system where you can do favours for others with your machinery or if you have spare time and you can borrow gear or get favours in return.

A small transport box on the front or rear linkage would be a more realistic way to transport the motorcycle 🏍️. Loving the series, keep up the great work.

I saw in modhub a "major Maintenace/service mod" where it returns the vehicle to near new status at a cost of 10% of the new price. It slows down the damage taken on an old machine. If you look at the costs of service ( in the game mechanics) the price to fix the machine goes up the longer you leave it by a larger % . Therefore it is cheaper to service the vehicle after a few months rather than leave it until the orange bar is near the bottom. I am not sure what happens if the bar goes to zero as I have never let that get that low. Oh and 1 thing that I find upsets me (a little) is you don't wash your vehicles , it only takes a few seconds , please do it. Thanks for the video.
That seems like an unrealistically large windrower for a farm with one grass field

I think apples would've made more sense than olives given the location. IDK if there's a similar mod for an orchard or not.
Peanut is using an apple orchard in his current playthrough but it's also only seasonal which makes sense
OmaTana has a mod doing a single or an orchard of appletree's with the approriate manufacturing and selling points. Do recommend to have a look at it.
There is a mod online called auto turn off blinker/indicator I’ve seen how many times those indicators stay on and I would recommend that mod to you
As always loving the show, as for waisted spaces, those cow pens could be used as storage for implements and what nots

I’ve watched clarksons farm and watch the odd real farm footage. Country file just bores me. This is just nice series to sit and relax in front of.
It could also be a future like if you didn't maintenance on your equipment, that it could lead to a breakdown
Motorbike vs Moped: What you have in game is a Motorbike (Note Seat, Fuel Tank and handlebars) Mopeds are a "Step-Thtough" design. They do not have the fuel tank where it is on yours. Great episode. I tend to stick to the smaller winrowers due to the tight spacers on this map.
Not unrealistic but why take a 50k loan to get the bigger wind rower instead of buying the krone swadro or kuhn ga 9532 but anything to do a job quicker when farming is based on patience
Think it’s more towards being able to do more things within one video for the audience instead of a whole episode of just windrowing
Am I the only one that to think that it would be nice to be able to lower the rear and front windrower separetly on that Kubota? For when the whole width is not needed
Dagger, what mod are you using that slows down the tractor when the Baler gets to 80 percent and stops when it gets full?
In a real farm you move your sheep around grass field and stay the shed in winter
You can’t really do that in this game unless you have multiple barns/pastures and not have them in use
@@Rocket091 you could do this now in game using expandable pastures mod which would let you have sheep that are in say sheep pasture 1 in a field with the expandable pasture mod placed using build mode in any field on the farm (when placing the mod you allocate it to a certain sheep pasture) to change pastures over time demolish the mod in the field and place it in another its a really cool mod, not sure if the sheep pasture has to be extendable pasture ready or not but worth a try

in a real farm the sheep would stay out in the cold in the winter then come in for lambing,
Sorry for me being a little ignorant, but wouldn’t you back up to a trailer and use the three points linkage to attach to the trailer from inside the cab and then have to get out and hook up all the hoses and electrical lines and pto? Isn’t that more realistic?
Yep I agree there . I'm a farmer and it is a head scratcher how he does the 3 point linkage outside

how about using the flemming dual bale lifter mod so you wont have to use the squeeze or bale fork on the telehandler

In the new game fs25 id love to use a dog to round up sheep in a field to bring in on a night or risk foxes taking young from field different crops stuff like flowers rubarb better ways the ground flattens when adding buildings etc more brands added

Hi, i am a new follower and i like your content (i've watched survival challenge's most episodes in short amount of time) and this series. 2 thing annoys / annoyed a little, first when you bought underpowered tractor on survival challenge just cuz you like brand(i guess?) although it's up to you, ok for me, second when you cut the field job from middle, you know it always makes you do a few more laps for little bits for your machine. I'm limiting myself to not watch too much yt or any consumy stuff and i at most follow 3 series on youtube that is at least a few days for a new episode. Other 2 is mc create based modpack series so you are the only one that i watch fs content. Also i was thinking about what we (Turks) call that machine, i remembered today we call transpalet (it's for mechanical one but i don't think name requires a change though) i searched up on dictionaries it's borrowed from French (transpalette) and english equivalent is pallet truck so yes you are correct. Turkish is regulated and strict about rules so thats why last 2 letter is trimmed. In this case rules are no double silent, no double vowel and every written letter is pronounced (same as in alphabet), there are a few exceptions for first rule but they're just borrowed poorly.

oh god NO ... lol, my machines would be totally wrecked as I steer by the keyboard and it takes ages to correct things depending on how fast the machine is going. I run into street lamps/poles and trees and sheds all the time..

Your pallet truck you have for the wool is called a powered pallet truck or PPT and when you are using them you're supposed to drive in reverse unless lifting or dropping loads or if entering the back of a lorry solid trailers only. Only saying as this is meant to be a realistic playthrough other than that loving the playthroughs.
I dont know for sure but i believe there is a mod for the damage. Please add it for realism
