I recently bought a used V2 JLU and it came with those, but the ones that have the big brass disc built on them. I kind of like it, it adds more weight and it doesn't tend to rollover too easily. I would go with bigger tyres, the Deadbolt came with smaller tyres than the Jeep if I remember it right. But it all depends on where you run that truck. Nice video! 👍
hey I don't have deadbolt to compare but can tell extensions for my SCX24 Bronco and made a world of difference in my side climbing for sure. also added brass steering knuckles and with the little added weight I did notice a huge improvement on climbing both front and now with the extension much better on the side climb so much smoother. cheers.
Have you looked into mounting your shocks inwards both inwards to allow more drop/ get more flex and articulation. It does bring your ride height down a little bit, I find that to lower the cg very well and help me. Could be personal preference. Check it out
I like the extenders. My Deadbolt has them only... I'm running Roklox tires, and they are small, too. I took them off another rc. They have brass weights. Yeah, they look small to me also.

You are my favorite who see CZcams because you inspire me to get all these mods done to my SCX 24
Thank you!

I think they look cool and would recommend bigger wheels

I'm personally not going to bother with this one. I don't like the looks and not sure it's a great upgrade.
the music's not necessary and those will work better with bigger tires obviously like you didn't say it enough times
They will work better with bigger tires
