Like the kitchen
I absolutely really love this place. It has that rustic vibe going on. I love that accent wall with the floating shelf in the living area. Also, love the shelf above the range hood. It's nice for an older couple or someone just starting out. I give this 5 stars.❤❤❤❤❤

I love this single wide and i love the lay-out this home is so bright and clean the kitchen is amazing and the living room is spacious you can see its a smaller single wide but its still very spacious
I love the bedroom next to the living room with the walkin closet and a nice bathroom
I love the entertaining senter for the tv and the island is a desent size i love the dining area
And the primary is amazing i love the bathroom the laundry area is great

Love this one. It is just the right size for me, a retiree. Two changes I would make: reverse the position of the fridge and the stove. Better work flow that way.
Cannot stand those panels that make up the walls; they would all have to be drywalled.

Put upper cabinets in the laundry room above the washer and dryer and put solid shelves in the master bath open shelf are and put a door or just install another narrow linen type cabinet in that spot instead and the open cubbies in the vanity need to go and be replaced with drawers. I do like the cabinet color used in the home light and bright but definitely not white 😉
Like the dining space and area of the location
I like this house but no ventington on the floor l would like it in the ceilings. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms cool. God bless you always ❤😂🙏
I wonder if a different layout of the wall cabinets in the kitchen where the refrigerator is could be switched or even changed. But that would be a question for the dealer to know.

Hello Timothy. Good video and not bad price. But...there is No back door to build an attached Garage out of. I don't like the Kitchen setup at all. I would have to completely redo it. Living Room needs a gas fireplace or wood-burning stove. Just two bedrooms isn't enough. I use the guest bedrooms as my Library Music Studio Office Rooms and just one guest bedroom isn't big enough for all of those "rooms". The Master Bedroom and Closet are very okay. I love the Closet Not being in the bathroom. But in the Bathroom I'd have to remove the shower and put in a Handicapped Tub/Shower Combo as usual. Not sure if there's enough room around the commode area for me to sit comfortably without hitting the wall on the right side. Might have to turn the commode around to face the shown shower or maybe install it at an angle at the right corner wall. Not sure. It's a small house. Too small for us by itself. The back door is the sliding glass doors in dining room.
Kristina Shelton/Burns, you can't build a Garage outside a sliding glass door! If you did, then why bother with sliding glass doors in the first place? The sliding glass door is where you build a deck/patio/porch and put a grill and table and chairs for having outside get-togethers with family and friends!
Kitchen just needs more drawers which would be solved with drawers over door's cabinets. I'd delete the built in entertainment center
Do Not like seams on the walls. Trailor's had that in the 60's and 70's.
That price does sound high.😮 At first glance it looks like a bowling alley floor plan. Sorry.
I don't like the placement of the stove.
Just don't like that they put the water heater in the master closet behind a panel. The first bedroom closet is a joke because yes it's deep but no more hanging space than a small coat closet, they should at least put a hangbar along one of the side walls.
If affordable for Senior why not show the at least a beginning price. Let us decide.
He says the price in the beginning
I don’t like this one at all. The ceilings are low and shiny. The kitchen is a bizarre layout (the oven is almost in the living room). The walls and cabinets are kind of pinky beige. I’ve seen much nicer homes in this price range from Clayton and Champion. The tv wall does not line up with the living room and the open lining closet is just tacky.

Smells of a cheap trailer. Those "closets" are a waste of space and the cheap wall panels remind you how cheap the home is built.
I dont like these open floor plans and it seems like all these mobile homes have that. I just dont want my kitchen in my living room. Ive seen older trailers that have distinctly separate living rooms and kitchen/dining. Is it possible to find one like that?And that large window should definitely be in the living room instead of the kitchen.
