Marisa's SA2 is too unreliable as anti-air, and wth happened at the end, how did SA2 whiff? Would have been 2-4 instead of 3-3.

That wasn’t the SA whiffing that was just how the game works. Moke was jumping and in the air already when marisa hit her with the forward heavy kick which created an instant reset and your attacks don’t connect till the opponent is back on the ground.

If he wanted ... 11:39 coulda medium legs into L3 for more damage. So with the rest of the damage, it would've been over before getting to the whiffed 2 moment.
