That Cadillac looks goood
I'm just glad to see some love for CT5-V. I think that car is underappreciated and is probably the best "driver's car" of the three. I'm a fan of all of them in the end.
Recently saw that it was about 3 secs quicker around VIR than the CTS V-Sport. This is despite having less power, less tq and roughly the same weight. So it's not bad in the handling department. If it's one thing that GM does well is the driving dynamics of RWD based cars. Just wish they put as much effort into the other areas as they do with the driving dynamics.
The CT5V is my next car.
Stinger all the way😁
In September I got a black Stinger GT1 with red interior & I love it! Love the look, the power, love there's a lot of tech features & what I love the most.....not a lot of people have them! See way too many Chargers & Challengers on the road. I get so many people looking & trying to figure out what kind of car it is. Had a guy in a Corvette ask me about it, just today a guy tripped over a curb trying to figure it out while walking by. Oh & the best one so far....I got pulled over for speeding (imagine that) & when the cop read my insurance card he asked "This is a Kia?" Even better he called me later that day to tell me I'm getting my wish for a warning because he's voiding my citation due to an error on his part! (I'm thinking because the speed limit was 45 & not 40 like he put on the ticket) It really doesn't help that I put the Korean E badge on it so the only thing that says Kia is my key fob. That's another thing I love the key fob. It looks like a bomb detonator. I switched to the E badge so people will really look at it & not pre-judge it just because it says Kia. Rumor has it that the 2022 will have 380 HP & more tech features. My next one will be the GT2. That'll add heated back seats, heads up display & automated hatch release & closure. Just my two cents lol.
I miss my black the factory paint was ass tho🤣
I take any car, Dodge Charger, Cadillac CT5-V or Stinger. They all looking good,.
Best sound, the Dodge, best value, the Stinger.
Best interior: the Cadillac ct5 v
@@mohammedawadud7238 and exterior
I owned a 2020 scat pack (not widebody). Bought it in July, recently had it stolen in Chicago and was recovered with tens of thousands of dollars in damage. They are repairing it now but once I get it back, I’ll be trading it in for Stinger for sure!
Sorry to hear about your car. What kind of damages do you have? Stingers are really nice
@@mauricekwurue4974 inside trashed, full of weed and liquor, burn marks on the seats.
Front bumper torn off, scratches and dents all over, exhaust bent, road rash on one of my rims, back tires with no rubber left on it, who knows if any mechanical damage.
U won’t regret it. I have had mine for 9 months and still puts a smile on my face. The interior is so nice. MPG and AWD is a huge difference. The stinger is still crazy fast.
Good move you gonna be snackin on scats for fun lol
@@PR3Z498 I can’t wait to get one, with some light mods stingers do 0-60 in 3.8s and 1/4 mile in 11.8. Absolutely insane.
Of course they give the Asian guy the Kia to review lol
😭😭💯
Got my stinger GT red with red Interior. I got mine for $35k 5k miles. Chargers are over rated. They need to re design them already. So sad how they can still milk the same model and boring interior year after year. I live in Ohio so AWD is the go.
Cadillac’s design language is second to *none.* All of these cars are great cars, but the Cadillac is superior in offering the *best* of both worlds here and that’s more of my personal taste. The 2022 CT5-V is the way to go!!
I'm selling my 2018 Stinger GT1 AWD (black w/ red leather), and the CT-5 V is #1 on my list of prospects for replacement, but I'm having a hard time pulling the trigger because of the price. I got almost everything imaginable at $44K with my Stinger. I have comparable options on the CT-5 V, it's costing me nearly $64k! I do not want to spend that much money on a car....$50-$55k max.
Great video guys. Lovin that V!
Just picked up my 2020 Stinger GT1 today! Ceramic Silver with the red interior. Love it!!! Highly suggest you test drive one.
Im going to test drive one soon. Im looking forward to it
All three are nice cars but let's be honest the other two don't even come close to the Cadillac in features and technology.
Definitely the Cadillac
Cause the stinger they used isn't fully loaded
Cadillac has magnetic ride and in 2021, will be available with super cruse. It is in a class all by itself. Not even Mercedes has those two options.
Just more shit I don't want to pay for haha
@@genewaller1002 I mean while not as advanced as super cruise, since 2018 the GT all had added packages for lane keep assist that maps the lane and physically keesp the car in the lane, it doesn't do lane changes but it also doesn't cost 5k+ in upcharge for it lol.
Earlier this year before Covid hit I did all my research and was set on getting a CT5 V in AWD. Unfortunately because of Covid there were no CT5 V's being delivered anywhere so I couldn't see one in person. So I looked into some other vehicles and came across a 2020 Charger 392 Widebody in white. And wow is it a sight to see in person. A few days later I drove it off the lot and have zero regrets. Itit was a much better value then the CT5 V as far as cost and what I was looking for.
Nice! I am currently shopping sedans and the same color widebody is top of my list! Are you getting tired of the exhaust sound on long drives? Did you get the upgraded stereo? I'm trying to get it as cheap as possible around 40k (like the basic widebody) those upgrades can be another 20k im not spending
I mean it's a v8 but nice story, the dealership near my area has tons of ct5 so i don't know what you are talking about so the story is fiction.
I was hoping to see a different kind of show down. Like on an abandoned airport or something
Just wait till Caddy puts the Blackwing V8 in the CT5
$$$$ :(
Then it won't be in this class, not sure what the point of this comment is....
I plan on getting a ct5 v when the lease is up on my XT4. Wondering if I should keep my WB scat pack challenger as well or get rid of it. Trying to determine if ct5 v plus challenger would be a little redundant.
I bought the INDIGO BLUE 2020 GT1 stinger w/drift-mode and I'm stoked👍👍
STinger is the Best all around choice. Especially for the money !!!! Great fit and finish, comfort ride while FAST and handles great too... lots of lux. features in it that you wouldn't think about.. to name a few, auto folding side mirrors, soft door open, alacantara roof lining, power tilt steering wheel, memory seats controls like 6 adjustments, Just great all around choice. the performance is the bonus !! many upgrade features are in this car that other brands have, but have to pay Even more for to get them,...$20K++ savings to any car that otherwise would be a true competitor to the Stinger
The cops will look at a Charger more then the Stinger I would think insurance would be less also on the Stinger.
@Cindy Sue the stinger is a rare car. It would definitely get more attention than the charger, I hardly ever see one.
2 American Muscle car Vs 1 Korean Muscle car
I have a 2020 Kia Stinger GT2 Ceramic Silver. I get so many compliments on the car it is amazing. I replace a 2011 BMW 750i xdrive and I am extremely happy with the change. The 7yr/100k pwr train warranty provides good peace of mind.
A Challenger with the 375 hp 5.7 would have been a much better comparison. They are comparing two luxury cars against a muscle car.
2021 Ct5-V for me. Digital cluster, wireless apple/android and some other interior upgrades. But with all the options, it's not priced well.
Yes it is because it's a luxury car it's not a Kia or Dodge. Compare it with a BMW in price you will see.
I hate the fact they dropped the hp on these . I’m big v fan i have the 2019 v sport with 420 hp I don’t understand why they went less on these new ones smh
The charger interior needs a lot of work, it looks cheap compared to the others. Caddy probably has the best.
You buy a muscle car for the performance... not the interior
When people buy a dodge they're buying an experience not luxury
It's been out for like a decade haha
I was cross shopping these 3 exact cars. I dismissed the Kia based on its looks. Coming out of a manual RWD ATS, the CT5V was my first choice, but the local Cadillac dealers didn't want to order the car I wanted, so I bought a Charger.
In my price range, I could have gotten a base Scat Pack or a loaded R/T. I chose a 2020 Charger R/T Daytona with the 5.7. 370hp is more than enough power for me and I love the extra features.
I’ll take that Stinger GT bc I go against the grain and root for the underdog , plus the quality and reliability is going to be better than Dodge or GM any day. Kia quality is nothing what it was in the 90’s whole new company
Is it though? Just check the forums for headliner crackling noises, same crap on the Genesis G70 (shared platform). Worse, the manufacturers don't acknowledge this issue
Price as tested?
I'll take the style of the CT5 the price and sportback of the Stinger and the V8 of the Charger. With the surge of SUV's and crossovers. I'm surprised that the automakers haven't made their sedans into sportbacks to make them more relevant.
many people don't care for the sport back .
I believe Sport Backs could help save sedans. The Stinger has the right recipe, just not the right brand.
@@GoofieNewfie you hit the nail on the head with that comment
Stinger for the win!
Cadi is king 👑
I test drove a ct5-v it’s quick & feel great but not fast at all I wish they would have made the 470hp motor that comes in the ct4-blackwing an option for the CT5-v as well
Al I know is that the stinger dusts the scat pack lol
Sorry to say but that is negative.
Facts... chargers don't stand a chance from a dig or 0-100
Stock vs stock the scat destroys the stinger… only from a dig it might win sometimes depending on drivers.
You are crazy
@@jrk1990 Stock for stock the scat will catch the stinger, the difference is it literally cost less than 1k to completely dust scat packs. So not only is the stinger much lower MSRP but you can put on 1k in mods that still keep the car 100% reliable and get up to 400WHP and closer to 500 wheel torque.
Will take the Cadillac, but can afford either one of them at this point in time. I will say, these cars are beautiful.
You wish the Cadillac price was 50k lol
Cadillac CT5-V with supercruise. At $70,000 a bit expensive, but worth it, and nice looking too...placed my order already...going to be a long couple of months. 😁
How tf you not bout to race them??
Caddie bad man I wish it had black wing I buy it still tho
1st Caddy looks sick n 2nd dodge 3rd stinger
looked at the Stinger, was nice, till I took ct5v out. went with '21 ct5v but for the money Stinger is hard to beat..didnt both with the Fiat Charger
Really like the ct5 v just wish it had a bit more power for that price. Definitely has a one of the better interiors of the bunch especially the 2025 that’s coming out.
Ok I think ya'll should waited until the black wing version comes out for the cts 5 v because that's not the most powerful Cadillac. Or Shoulda got the black wing version cts from 2019
Funny thing is if that stinger and ct5 v had at least 400 hp each they would beat the scat pack
09:49 "cute little ol gal no bigger than a minute-
wheelin' that big 'o racer..." 😀
"...that big 'o 392"

"Y'all drive careful now hear" 🤣
roughest ride; charger. Awesome car, but what a difference a properly sorted platform makes. I back-to-backed mine with a 17 SS camaro and holy crap I was jealous. Charger was more functional for me (family car) but man was I jealous of the ride quality. I imagine the Kia and for sure the Caddy ride much better than the SRT...
Does the Charger exhaust noise droaning on long rides? Like your tired of hearing it to that extent? I'm shopping sedans and its at the top for me.
@@chrisoconnor3119 Not at all. It was a pretty well sorted family car; heated rear seats for the kids, huge, fast, pretty great...just rode rough af and was severely undertired (245's on the 2016's Scat Packs were not nearly wide enough for that much power...but it does make for an interesting show of force at all times lol). Despite it's flaws (had a few electrical gremlins/hiccups too) I'd get another one without hesitation
For my money stinger 1 charger 2 muscle
I have a 2020 stinger GT AWD. Pearl white with red guts. There isn’t a car that can compete that has stinger level of performance and interior for the money. Got mine for 38k. I do like the new CT5-V a lot tho. I think the stingers twin turbo v6 is a little more punchy then ct5s twin turbo v6. From what I’ve seen ct5 launches hard but dies down after 5k rpm. Stinger pulls hard to redline. The caddy has slightly better handling tho and sounds better. But the caddy is significantly more expensive. Your not getting a ct5 V AWD for below 48-49k. And they can get over 65k with options. Also I don’t like how you can’t get a red interior on ct5. Looks are in the eye of the beholder but I’d say stinger and ct5 look equally good in there own unique ways. I wouldn’t even consider the charger I hate RWD cars and the dodge is a boat. That 6.4 motor is a beast tho. I would consider a Jeep srt or Durango srt because they have AWD and can put the power down all the time.
I've been driving a 2018 Stinger GT1 AWD since December 2018. It is the nicest vehicle I've owned so far. It is the full package - looks, cost, performance, options, uniqueness, power, value, etc.
I'm about to sell mine to my son and am having a hard time finding an adequate replacement! Funny, my top choice so far is the CT-5 V, and I've been exploring the Scat Pack Challenger, but I need AWD! You can't get AWD in the V8 models 😖
@@bigsargekas ct5 v would be a great choice! I kno I feel the same way I need AWD lol not even for weather I just love the grip. Plus with stinger awd can still get the rear to come out quite easily it’s very rear biased.
The stinger gt starts in the 30s.the 4 cycl is in the 20s i love the caddy, but miss the big v8 they ust to have.
Charger all the way.
The interior of the stinger is SO COMFORTABLE. RWD all the way
Ct5 v v8 I need it I take this over both bad ass
M_O_P_A_R
Stinger is my choice...a handsome car.
Cadillac wins
Getting a 2019 scatpack next month 🔥😎
stinger without a doubt
Once they put a better defuser in the back and a wide body the stinger will explode
Cadillac is sexy omg
Im lost I tought ct5v got 668hp
Thats the CT5 V Blackwing that has 668hp,this one is more like a V Sport.
I’ll take the STINGER GT
(The RWD stinger does 0-60 in 4.6 secs by the way)
I have AWD Stinger GT and do 4.5 0-60 all day on dragy. The GT1 and GT2 weigh 120lbs heavier than base GT. My GT AWD weighs 4023lbs the GT1/2 weigh 4157. A RWD GT2 weighs 4004lbs. So basically I only weigh 19lbs more than RWD GT2 but with the grip of AWD!!
AWD is faster 0-60 especially with the brake snip
yeah the numbers were pretty conservative tbh. Ive seen as low as 4.3 0 - 60 for a completely stock GT under perfect circumstances. Not to mention for literally 1k you can get an extra 75WHP and 100 - 125 torque and still be cheaper than both of those. It really isnt a comparison
Cadillac ct5 all day
No drag race👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
How can you compare a big V8 too a turbo charge v6. Nice video but stupid comparison.
Stinger is no joke, look it up vs the charger scat pack.
Exactly, they should have used a Challenger with the 5.7 370 hp engine. Then it would have been a fare comparison.
Stinger vacuum cleaner.
Stinger 4 the win!
Keep the stinger blow up the dodge and obliterate the Cadillac. If you give me any one of them, I'd take the Cadillac but only the blackwing.
Charger is completely out of the question......too commonplace, too heavy, too ugly and the worst interior in the group. Stinger is nice but looks like a cheap Panamera wannabe so it looks like the CT5 is it for me
i can agree that it’s hella heavy but ugly? No way dude😂😂
@@oklol9 it's only ugly because the look has gotten old
That Charger screams midlife crisis at the trailer park after winning 50k on a scratch off lotto ticket.
Literally the stupidest statement ever.
Pretty much spot on
@@SoulfulHouseMafia facts
Ct5v best
Charger interior looks cheap
Stinger look Italian exterior with German interior
Cadillac suck cause of GM
You guys forgot the best sedan of all the
E39 M5....
Why would you not get a fully loaded GT2 Stinger? Unfair comparison

Lucky me, didn't buy a Stinger !!!
