Thank you for the very best training video for PE I've ever seen! I've looked at many of them and they weren't very helpful - either too fast, fuzzy, or incomplete direction. I'd like to see more of what you have :-) I'm using PE 10,
I have Adobe Premiere Elements 11. Is there a way to blur out something out? For example if there are people in a Premiere Elements 11 video, is there a way to blur the face so that the person can't be identified?
