For me (just learning Photoshop for the first time) this tutorial is one of the best I've come across. Showing the graphical elements of the effects helped to clear up the entire critical key-frame concept for me. Thanks!

You put it well at the start. With key frames and a few basic effects, the imagination is the limit.

My first time seeing one of your videos, if your other stuff is half as good as this video was, it will be quite a find. I have read several books but none has done a real good job with the subject of keyframes. I now have great confidence going forward with this! Thanks Mark!

I just bought this today. This is the type of movie editing software I love!! It reminds me of the older version of window movies maker (when it was good). Todays windows movie maker is so boring. I don't mind spending 100 bucks on this. im going to buy the elements 12.0 too.

Great video but if I want a picture to slide onto screen, stop, then slide back off the way it came can I do that with key frames? I havent had a chance to play around with the program yet to see if I can figure it out for myself

    • @jimmyboi9664

I first opened this up and thought wow this looks nothing like my premier and then I saw the date, yup, they changed it around completely. It is really easy though, just go into the effects window and you can mark in and out and change the all the stuff your doing, pretty simple.

I am doing a slideshow where I tried unsuccessfully to move and scale a picture at the same time. The idea is to have a new picture coming full size and then moving to the side for the next one and at the end to have all 8 pictures together in the frame.

I apologize for being that guy but i believe you mean (during the opacity part) automate key frames.
