The anime seems to have taken a different approach to beerus power compared to the manga. The manga gives a clear indication that he is far more powerful than Goku and Vegeta at every saga. They haven't done a comparison now that Goku has MUI rather focus on Vegeta as more of a destroyer and Goku more like the angels.

In the manga: He's probably close but Beerus is booked very, very, very strongly in the manga, so odds are no. The anime and manga are like two different continuities, and in the anime, they had Beerus visibly jealous, even showing an inferiority complex when Goku achieved Mastered Ultra Instinct. Interviews from the writers of the anime also said Goku in Mastered Ultra Instinct had surpassed the gods. In the manga, Beerus shows no concern at all for Goku's Ultra Instinct and seems pretty calm, if not proud of how far he's gotten.
Beerus power kinda makes sense. He did soloed all the other Gods of destructions on his own and nearly killed them, luckily another God raised a powerful barrier. It also makes sense since he exists billions of years and due to his God status the more he is focused on his job (destruction) the stronger he can physically get to do the job right.

Beerus fans only write " Beerus is stronger" and that is all they have, or they get fed by these kind of bs videos with no valid source and they think it is true.
To be honest with how Jiren's power and the gods of destruction's power has been explained in super I don't blame people for thinking that. The gap in power between each god of destruction is barely explained and Jiren with no god ki whatsoever is far stronger than both his god of destruction and also the next candidate Toppo in destroyer form too. In his final final form too he was facing off against mastered autonomous ultra instinct goku, ssgss blue evolved vegeta, golden frieza and android 17 too nearly simultaneously. Heres my thoughts on Beerus' power There are 3 types of Ki we know about in the series, which is Mortal Ki, God Ki, and Hakai Ki. Beerus in Battle Of Gods used 70% his power with his Mortal Ki Beerus would then have two other types of ki, both each much stronger than just normal Mortal Ki. He has God Ki for one, and then he can ascend further with Hakai Ki He is still above the level of Goku when he first used Super Saiyan God with his Mortal Ki While this is never confirmed, it makes the most sense to me. Think about it. Goku using his Mortal Ki in SSJ3 was nothing even compared to Beerus but just a speck of dirt compared to the vast universe in which his Mortal Ki was. However when SSJG came in the picture, he was able to keep up with him, making Goku become a Star to Beerus' Solar System. He still outclasses him, and God Ki is already displayed as just so much stronger than Mortal Ki, and to take it one step Further, you would then use Destruction Ki and Techniques, which is what Vegeta is aiming for. I think thats how Vegeta will ascend, by gaining the third and strongest Ki type, Hakai Ki. To me this also makes sense because if Goku was to obtain Hakai Ki, He wouldnt really be able to use Ultra Instinct as effectively anymore. If your mind is bent on destruction 24/7, you wont be calm and tranquil like Ultra Instinct Needs. Mortal Power is your base strength, and using God Ki amplifies it to unbelievable heights causing you to more or less focus on the main picture of technique based growth. In order to use Ultra Instinct, I like to quote Bruce Lee. When water goes into the cup, it becomes water. When it goes in the Teapot, it becomes the teapot. Water can flow but it can also crash, be like the water. Flow Naturally. Furthermore we know Hakai Energy is stronger than God Ki because Vegeta used God Ki Attacks against Toppo, and it was just obliterated. However we also know that if the user of God Ki uses enough to far outclass the power with Hakai Ki, then it is able to go through it and still causes damage, as seen with Vegeta using his Final Explosion against Toppo and busting through that barrier.

To be honest with how Jiren's power and the gods of destruction's power has been explained in super I don't blame people for thinking that. The gap in power between each god of destruction is barely explained and Jiren with no god ki whatsoever is far stronger than both his god of destruction and also the next candidate Toppo in destroyer form too. In his final final form too he was facing off against mastered autonomous ultra instinct goku, ssgss blue evolved vegeta, golden frieza and android 17 too nearly simultaneously. Even so I don't think he's stronger but he could be getting damn close to on par or slightly below.
Than it would only make sense that Broly was stronger than a MUI Goku and Jiren from the TOP since he was stated to be possibly stronger than Beerus but no match for Gogeta blue who's power was OP. MUI Goku should be close to Beerus in power already and he is way stronger than current Vegeta

This is no different than any other Dragonball story arc. Goku has someone to surpass. Vegeta, Frieza, Androids, Cell, Buu, etc etc. All his rivals stay above him until Toriyama has had enough of that storyline. Then Goku surpasses his rival and Toriyama eventually writes in someone else for him to overcome. Goku hasn’t surpassed Beerus yet simply because the writers haven’t tired of writing this story arc.

Because Beerus said there is a different form for Gods of Destruction, hinting UI is the Angels form and whatever the GoD's have is on a similar level. So when Beerus activates that mode he will be way above Goku.

Heres my thoughts on Beerus' power
There are 3 types of Ki we know about in the series, which is Mortal Ki, God Ki, and Hakai Ki.
Beerus in Battle Of Gods used 70% his power with his Mortal Ki
Beerus would then have two other types of ki, both each much stronger than just normal Mortal Ki. He has God Ki for one, and then he can ascend further with Hakai Ki
He is still above the level of Goku when he first used Super Saiyan God with his Mortal Ki
While this is never confirmed, it makes the most sense to me. Think about it. Goku using his Mortal Ki in SSJ3 was nothing even compared to Beerus but just a speck of dirt compared to the vast universe in which his Mortal Ki was. However when SSJG came in the picture, he was able to keep up with him, making Goku become a Star to Beerus' Solar System. He still outclasses him, and God Ki is already displayed as just so much stronger than Mortal Ki, and to take it one step Further, you would then use Destruction Ki and Techniques, which is what Vegeta is aiming for. I think thats how Vegeta will ascend, by gaining the third and strongest Ki type, Hakai Ki.
To me this also makes sense because if Goku was to obtain Hakai Ki, He wouldnt really be able to use Ultra Instinct as effectively anymore. If your mind is bent on destruction 24/7, you wont be calm and tranquil like Ultra Instinct Needs. Mortal Power is your base strength, and using God Ki amplifies it to unbelievable heights causing you to more or less focus on the main picture of technique based growth. In order to use Ultra Instinct, I like to quote Bruce Lee. When water goes into the cup, it becomes water. When it goes in the Teapot, it becomes the teapot. Water can flow but it can also crash, be like the water. Flow Naturally.
Furthermore we know Hakai Energy is stronger than God Ki because Vegeta used God Ki Attacks against Toppo, and it was just obliterated. However we also know that if the user of God Ki uses enough to far outclass the power with Hakai Ki, then it is able to go through it and still causes damage, as seen with Vegeta using his Final Explosion against Toppo and busting through that barrier.
