How do they get a C- when all the cop had to do was run his FBI ID?
Is it impossible for a police officer to contact FBI and verify an agent?
Why was that not the first thing he did?
@sethy1 Yes exactly! I know some of you guy here in the comments hate all law enforcement, but local corruption probes like this are extremely important in this country. Every sector of law enforcement and government should be afraid to engage in corruption for fear of arrest and prosecution....
I would assume that the agent was acting suspicious and escalating the situation on purpose. Putting people under stress and seeing how they react can be a useful tool in building a profile on an individual.
💜 I'm so happy you were intrigued enough to look into this further and I'm always impressed by how much you uncover.
It's interesting to see that you gave FBI guy better marks than the deputy cause I think the FBI guy conducted himself way worse.
Asking an fbi agent "how did u get my information" is the wildest thing an officer can ask
I dropped my jaw at this as well.

Point B: It's the *FBI* , they have an annual budget (officially) of ca 11 billion dollars and employ around 35 000 people. Looking up your information to them is on the same level as reading a milk carton to verify it's content.

Yes. Those agents are so crafty when they are investigating traffic tickets.
@@jimbanter It seems that the individual in question was not solely concerned with the traffic ticket itself, but rather the potential for negligent behavior on the part of the law enforcement officer who issued the ticket. In other words, the individual may be questioning the motivations or actions of the officer, and whether or not the ticket was issued fairly or appropriately. It's important to recognize that not all traffic tickets are issued for legitimate reasons, and it's possible that some officers may issue tickets in a manner that is not consistent with their duties and responsibilities. By addressing any issues of negligence or inappropriate behavior on the part of law enforcement officers, we can work towards improving the overall effectiveness and professionalism of our law enforcement agencies.

As far as the “smoked me out” claim goes, you can hear the agent say that the defroster was running at one point, so there’s a possibility that the deputy had the heater on full blast to sweat the agent out
It’s a real tactic. I’ve been arrested a few times, and I’ve been left in a squad car with the heater blasting before, all the windows up, on a summer night for an hour while the officers “investigated” the scene. It was miserable, like being in a sauna fully clothed for an hour. I refused to give them the satisfaction of asking to turn it off or roll the windows down though. And to be clear, it was a petty crime, misdemeanor, I ended up being convicted of disturbing the peace. Didn’t stop them from treating me like shit throughout the entire interaction.
The irony that the policeman is uncomfortable turning off his camera and wants to keep it on for his rights and safety is not lost on me. Especially because they love turning off their body cams when it is convenient with no consideration to a civilians rights and safety.

If the FBI wants to investigate police departments, they should send undercover agents with regular citizen IDs and get themselves pulled over, or walk around suspiciously, or maybe have another undercover agent call the police saying the first undercover looks suspicious, then when the cops come be annoying to cops a little but nothing illegal. Ask for name and badge number. Threaten to sue. Ask what they were being stopped for. See how the cops react. If the cops plant evidence, beat the person up, or lie, investigation success.
Also they could send an undercover with ID saying they are a prosecutor, high ranking cop, or city official from a county across the state, have them speed, drunk drive, whatever and see if the cop lets them go when they say I'm a cop too.

50 is the age of you start at 30.
I’ve always thought that the reason the Agent acted so weird is to to essentially get the deputies to mess up on camera so he could nail them. I don’t think the rendezvous was ever supposed to go smoothly
Chris Lamarque he was investigating police corruption!
I think your absolutely correct
that's what I was thinking as well
Or coerce that deputy into turning in members of his department for corruption. It would explain why he didn't want the badge cam on.
They fell into his smart and educated trap. Police just feel like school bullies who could never kick that personality trait. Cop! Perfect career choice...
The FBI agent was playing the cops he’s no dummy
He's seasoned too
Yeah he was completely playing the cops I've seen the full video.
And he used an ambulance as an exit tactic, excellent job by the agent.
Yuuupp, slick drama queen
He made sure the cameras were always running and he wanted to be detained
he lost me once he started flopping and asking for 911
A car registered to a wiring company 😂😂😂 Nice trolling by the FBI.
Just a wiring company, nothing to see here. 😎
This FBI agent played them like a fiddle, probably without even trying. He wanted to speak with them and get a sample how this officer operates but as soon as the interaction started to go down shit creek, on part of the officer, the agent just thought "Let's see how many times he'll violate my right and break protocol."
Handed his case to him on a silver platter.
Not even mentioning what the officer would be written up for if he had in fact cut off his bodycam.
What, you I saw something else? You must be a FBI loving Democrat.
It sounded like he was putting them through their paces. At first he refused to give up his DL, but then gave it up quickly when he was told they were going to take it. This was really fun and interesting to watch.
@@djmech3871 aww, trump cultist butthurt about the FBI getting his thin skin line police in trouble. Cry some more.
The FBI is so corrupt and cannot be trusted, if you ever come across an FBI agent do not talk unless you have a lawyer if he starts to ask you anything.
Am I being detained?
Am I being detained? You called me here...
LOL
wish they would have detained each other simultaneously... they'd still be in that parking lot!
Great job reporting! It’s funny to see how it’s a huge deal when one of the boys in blue are treated like one of us 😊
I love how he states he did see some credentials and confirmed the agent’s investigating a ticket that he DID write but believes the man is fake! Lol!
It’s funny when a cop shows you his badge you must believe him and identify yourself. But and Fed shows his credentials and the cop doesn’t believe him and shows his face. If the guy was undercover it was blown.
I feel like the FBI agent was just putting on a show. I think he wanted the meeting to be this strange, so he could see their reaction. Well, it worked...
yeah i don't think we will know the full story behind this. this encounter was very bizarre.
I saw the whole video almost an hour long. Its just gets stranger and stranger lol.
i have this thought too but at a grand scale i dont know how big or small the fbi is but i believe they wanted their presence to be known that they have arrived in Florida.
@@emayr2610 there’s a regional fbi office in many states here in Alabama we have a few
I believe the strangeness was to keep the officer there for sure. Until a certain point the cop could have easily backed out, or send in others to do it for them. Just enough to keep him there and get any information he had.
The spooky thing is that the agent's odd behavior at the end was likely all an act that led to his desired goal. He got what he needed from the encounter, just the way he planned.
They are the ones who incite violence

@@dustyak79 you aren't seeing the bigger picture, and its quite obvious :\

That FBI agent definitely put a wire in the officers car.
Only if he had the wire in his waistband in the back. Because his hands were cuffed .🤔🧐
No it's cyber hacking they use to get all their info
Brilliant!
Yuup.
Tiny bug stuffed into the back seat. Easy to do even with his hands cuffed
Ironic, given that the agent's covert car is registered to an "Advanced Wiring, LLC". It's like the FBIs wink and nod to the tactics they employ against those investigated; in this case, the deputy.
Asking "how did you get my phone number?" to the FBI agent. Hilarious!
RKG Austin and the fbi agent thinks „dude I know your browser history“🌚👌

There's a verification process to confirm whether or not he was affiliated with the FBI, that step was never taken.
@@SpringRockerPSN I agree with you 100%. My point is that the deputy insinuated to his bodycam mic that he didn't see a badge when his own bodycam shows a badge. A badge itself does not prove anything, but the deputy was being deceptive or not making basic observations.

Either that, or...the FBI agent was investigating the police department for corruption. Saw that an officer had a prior blackmark on his record and tried to turn him (explains why he wanted the body cam off).
You know.... no police officer has anyone above them outside their singular units. Their chief is their God. I thought there was a Hierarchy within the police
Why would a cop have a pissing contest with an FBI agent. That's never going to end well lmao
