You didn't see the previous episode as to HOW SheZap was accidentally created- Guy neglected to manicure his nails, and one of them fell into a pile of toxic waste....creating SheZap, the evil clone of SheZow {and Guy}.
EXCEPT in the U.S., there's a brief "epilogue" where either Sheila explains one of SheZow's many abilities, or a scene which focuses on Guy, Kelly, Maz, or a character from a previous episode {in this case, Sherry the Tooth Fairy's nephew Periwinkle, who's still on "dog tooth fairy" patrol}.

It took me a while to realize that the tooth fairy's apprentice is from an earlier episode; the ending is a non-sequitur (Shezow standing on a background object, a double literal crescent moon??) and looks like what happens when animation students ignore deadlines for too long, especially given that #17 starts with Shezow fighting Le Pigeon again.
The writing is all over the place on this series, but this is probably the best pair of episodes yet. I love the voicing of Le Pigeon; isn't that the guy who voices Guy/Shezow in the Australian version? One of Maz's best sidekick characters yet; I think he discovers his place in the B&D spectrum and his safe word is TWEET.
