I love being honest with you all and coffee. This is the first time i candidly speak everything around and about Aeropress Championship.
How i won the championship- the recipe - the incidents and i am nostalgic already.
I am First Indian Aeropress Champion and here is the recipe and my story:)

What a story, wow…..! I just tweaked my brewing with your insightful suggestions, and the result was a deliciously sweet cup of coffee. One gramme of coffee absorbs two grammes of water, so 'simply do your maths on top of it!' was the most intriguing piece of advice.

there is something about cold water and aeropress. Even I have started brewing the aeropress at 70 degree C through out and the taste has just changed to great extend.ssurely will try the new one

Hey! Salt is not allowed in Aeropress Championship- Salt i use it in Pourovers and At times Chemex. 18 i think Jaykrut - 19 i dont recollect as of now

using the cold water thing? yes
Do we not bypass in this recipe?
Not in this one - but yeah bypass is a great technique to mellow your coffee. i almost imagine bypass as adding 5 ml water in your whisky so as to work on the lipids.;)

it was more towards a coarser side
0.89-0.92mm
