The driver of a reportedly stolen car was fleeing from authorities Tuesday afternoon in the San Fernando Valley. READ MORE HERE: abc7.com/live-updates/police-...

Sometimes they have up to 4 a day. It's insane. The cops love the attention and the over time and the criminals love the attention, that's why they do this crap.
That’s funny you and the News station call these “police chases”, California is the lamest state that the Law STAYS behind 2-3 blocks till they ditch the car and run. California needs to learn how to stop and pit these idiots from states like Florida, Georgia, Arkansas.

How about those mental health institutions for confinement? Can we bring those back? The reduction of property damage and in turn our insurance policies would be significantly lower. Thanks leadership!
If that was my car I'd be so ticked off at the police it isn't funny stealing a vehicle is a crime they should treat it like a crime they need to do their job, why do you think so many vehicles are stolen in LA ..it's because they have such a lax approach towards catching criminals.
My husband was a valley guy for 50 years. He grew up in Northridge. We moved to Arizona 15 years ago. Best decision ever. Looking at the streets. And so many memories!
Kinda miss growing up watching chases on an almost daily basis as dinner was cooking. Glad I left socal, now I have a 2500sqft 4bd house on a lot the size of a neighborhood block all afforded on less than $20/hr. But stay there folks, the weather's nice!

@@14mtaylor it’s California.. what did you expect?? For the cops to actually stop crime and not just wait for the person committing the crime to stop 😂
The paperwork she got out if the trunk was all of the things to say when you are a sovereign citizen that she googled earlier in tha day. She was traveling and not druving.
The fact that the police didn't immediately close each side of the road with some form of barricade or even spike-strips when she literally decided to sit there in her vehicle pretending she isn't doing anything signifies either incompetence by the police force or an interest to continue playing around this shit which is equally damning in my opinion.
These are much less fun without the play-by-play and color commentary from the chopper. (I'm not hearing anything and my sound is definitely working.) UPDATE: Ah, the commentary kicks in around 9 minutes into the video. Carry on.
