This has got to be one of the most impressive breakdowns of a complete house construction! I can relate! Price for my basement construction doubled between 2020 and 2022! $93k on HVAC. Lumber $470k I expected. $211k for concrete is bonkers! Drywall is another painful cost! I can’t wait to visit. Congratulations and what a momentous achievement!
My dad thought I was lying about how much James spent on lumber, but when I showed him if kinda had a heartattak lol.

From a country where we do 95% all houses in brick, i mean full brick concrete, no wood except for ceilings and rafters for roofs, anyhow the masonry work looks very spotty, with morter spilling of of the cracks etc..
