    +Subul As Salam سبل السلام
JazaakAllahu khayran for uploading this video. I had seen another clip of this but I couldn't find it again. I have some question I really wanted to know about.
    1) we have several narrations about the great name of Allah (al ism al adham). But our Du'as don't get accepted the way Bul'am and the other person in Sulayman (Alayhis Salaam) court was answered because they had knowledge of the "Ayat". My question is why is that? Isn't this ummah of Prophet (peace be upon him) superior than previous ones?

      As salamu Alaykum
      Wa iyyakum
There are many different opinions about Allah's greatest name. Some scholars say we don't know what it is. The ones who say we do know what it is differ regarding which name it actually is. Some scholars say it is not referring to any name in particular, but is referring to the state of the Muslim thinking solely about Allah, with no other thoughts at all in his head, such that Allah answers the dua.
      And Allah knows best.

Hudhayfa ibn al-Yaman reported: I asked, “O Messenger of Allah, we were living in an evil time and Allah brought us good in which we live now. Will there be evil after this good?” The Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said, “Yes.” I said, “And any good after this evil?” The Prophet said, “Yes.” I said, “And any evil after this good?” The Prophet said, “Yes.” I said, “How will it be?” The Prophet said, “Rulers after me will come who do not follow my guidance and my Sunnah. Some of their men will have the hearts of devils in a human body.” I said, “O Messenger of Allah, what should I do if I live to see that time?” The Prophet said, “You should listen and obey them, even if the ruler strikes your back and takes your wealth, even still listen and obey.”

It is from Islam to obey the rulers, even if they are so called evil "tyrants". Disobedience to the rulers is the main trait of the deviated group known as the Khawarij. He didn’t mean to equate the Jews to the enemy; this was a slip of the tongue from him which he corrected by saying: “the jews came ... the enemy came”
As for him saying that the dog is the most despicable animal, then perhaps he meant it was one of the most despicable animals. This is common in Arabic.

What is said in Arabic does not mean that it is automatically the truth and this is what Allah means there - Remember the people of the cave where Allah talks about a dog in the Quran. Allah did not say that about dogs. Now another thing, please make sure that when someone says Musa A.s do not forget to mention peace be on him because again there were slips of tongue. There is no doubt in the fact that the dog is a despicable animal. We are not allowed to keep them as pets, we must wash our clothes if any moisture from them touches them, and Allah compared this man in this Ayah to a dog. It seems that Allah compared this man's despicable characteristics to that of a dog. This Ayah itself is evidence that dogs are despicable animals.
