I paid $45 for my Copy at FuncoLand on the release day for Dreamcast, drove from Long Beach to Inglewood back in 1999 with my Big cousin!!

He only appears as a side character at the ending of Shadow Lady's story when you finish the game using her. That version of Jin is not a playable character.
@@steveortiz8547 i think some arcade1ups can emulate PlayStation ROMs too, maybe you're playing in the PS1 version, and not the CPS version? i may be incorrect

This is the arcade version of the game. Unlocking the secret characters will work to any languages of the arcade version using this method
