Even if you get Canadian citizenship still you are of Indian origin, so you do not need visa to travel to India. You have to issue an OCI Card for that. OCI = Overseas Citizen of India

Yes, definitely we can hold it. Even buying of residential and commercial property is allowed but agricultural land is not allowed.
