I would like you guys to talk about tipping. I think there is no tipping system in Japan. As far as I'm concerned, services in restaurants in Japan are good without tipping but the order of deliverling food is uncontrolled and messy sometimes, or you are got up in the morning for breakfast by clers in Japanese Ryokans, but that never happens in hotels in America. Paying tips gurantee services, right? Which would you prefer?
