4:25 finally my 10 vive trackers will come in handy
im having so much trouble with the calibartion proccess for some reason it is always all over the place im using 3 vive trackers and i also have an oculus quest with link but i tried multiple combinations of tracking and multiple ways of calibrating but my arms are alwas super weird and my head doesnt move naturally at all and if i try 2 point tracking so only the hands my avatar flies away and i have to reimport it. idk what to do.

Love your tutorials, would love to upgrade to an Iphone in the future for that tasty FaceTracking. VSeeFace is great too but as it looks the tracking from IPhone is superior!
Also I'm wondering what are you using for Hand tracking? I have a leapmotion and it's very finiky too get calibrated correctly

This is what i was looking for full body tracking with those things, but big question is can my laptop handle all those with minimal ports for the trackers being condensed into one uh usb with a multi usb hooked to it? please let me know! I can put a multi usb on 3 of them then spread them out that way but idk how much effective that would be...

So to confirm, the only equipment I would need are how ever many vive trackers I want plus traps to attach the vive trackers to my body? I don't plan to use this for VR games so I plan to do face tracking via iphone and not get a vr headset. When I was looking at equipment I saw something called "base stations", do I need these if I'm only using this with vseeface and not VR games?

Actually, leap motion + vive trackers is how ive been vtubing with your tutorials. However, the problem i tend to run into is for the leap motion to work "best" (it still interfers, just not as terribly) is i actually need to put my vive trackers on my wrist instead of my hands. This has allowed me on twitch to capture hand movement + body movement that isnt funky when leap motion looses arms, but still is wonky, especially for clapping/hand grasping motions. Not sure what a better option is but i'm sure theres something i havent heard of out there

In the tracker list it's only displaying my HMD headset no vive trackers, and even when I move it around it doesn't turn green in VMC? Steam VR picks up on my trackers, light is green and everything

i got everything to work until i saw i needed to load a VRM file. im not sure what a vrm is but was hoping it came with some sort of model preloaded. can i use any avatar i have on vr chat for something like this? i really just wanna show my vr self vs my ril self instead on stream
You can create a model easily in Vroid Studio and the models are saved as .VRM files.
Vrchat avatars are not exportable, you'd need to download or create a vrm

can you make a tutorial to use just a kinect v2? and some software? the kinect v2 has built in tracking tech that works really nicely with in house software...
