I'm running Mocopi in lower body focus mode having my high FOV camera (Kinect V2) take care of arms/hands/fingers then using my DIY iphone headmount for face. My ipad pro 2021 is using bluetooth 5.3 and running on the M1 chip, so the latency is so low I'm mocapping Maimai songs levels 10-12+ on 6-7 speed with low differentiation.

The board for those trackers is so small and simple! I'd personally be tempted to print new cases and then run wires to them to avoid the weight of the battery. Yeah, it would be a pain to put on but once it was you could run them off a external pack on a belt that would last way longer than a single AA. But I can see why the went the AA route. Theyre so ubiquitous.

Given the voltage difference between regular AA batteries at 1.5v versus most rechargeables at 1.2v, I wonder how they'll perform with the lower voltage. And if the battery slots are big enough to handle the extra few micron width I've noticed a number of rechargeables have. (This comment brought to you by one of the automatic door locks I've owned that won't work with the lower voltage for some asinine reason.)

AI Angel is a dude (IRL) and he uses custom software that he actually WROTE on his own... including the voice changing software - all in-house, custom, proprietary and owned by him. To be clear he does use UE5 as the base engine; BUT all the plugins and content in the engine is all self produced.

If you're sitting down doing computer-based content where you're looking at your monitor, would it be more beneficial to; have the phone at eye level but off to the side in-between your main monitor and a side monitor, have it mounted on top of the main monitor like a webcam, tilted up slightly on a stand below / in front of the monitor? I've heard you mention the first was good in one of your setup review videos, and I know some people have complained about eyes closing when looking down (ie. at a drawing tablet) with a "webcam" style mount.
