I think the highest quality pickup is the giga-bomb, not lucky penny, with mega battery close behind it. You can check it on the bag of crafting wiki page
that is true. I just said highest because:
1. I meant it in like a "one of the highest" kind of way but I guess I didn't use the right words there
2. they're really really rare anyway

I have a question, I'm having a big problem trying to defeat boss rush with tainted cain, I started using him a few days ago, the problem is that I take too much time to break the run, I only had 3 runs with him and won all of them, but they lasted almost one hour
look for Mama Mega by just putting stuff randomly into the bag while maintaining quality 3 item results. do not put any pool-altering pickups like Eternal Hearts for example. once you find it, you can either use it if you're not past the Boss Rush/Hush floors. in the case that you're past them - R Key.
reminder that you don't have to craft items right away and you can use Bag of Crafting kind of like Schoolbag
edit: 2 gold bombs + 6 gold bombs = Mama Mega. thanks for pointing that out

@@Astrohavenn oh my god I totally forgot. it's funny because I was doing a co-op run not too long ago and we were like "we should get mama mega" and after 5 minutes it occurred to us that there's a fixed recipe. and I forgot again it seems

@@Afunic515 if you encounter it in a run, memorize it so you can craft it again in the same run. that's what I meant. sorry if it was unclear
R key isnt pointless in greed... You can get 99 coins, restart and then keep doing it forever
in a situation where you can already get infinite items, it's po- oh that's what you mean... well, the donation machine has a higher chance to jam if you're using the same character over and over. it's not worth it, you'll need to do all those greed marks anyway.
