Either there's too many expert selectors here or the Maroons supporters are shrinking hearts.
Have some faith in Billy and his coaching team. I believe they'll come up with a magic formula to take Game III. Why dwell on Fifita? He ain't in the team. Let's deal with what we've got.

@@packfanz2286 He goes missing in the back row. Off the bench, you run him through the middle for a couple of stints and he could cause chaos.
I’d pick Capewell. The extra efforts win Origin and Capewell does this better than Fifita right now in the current form they’re each playing. Fifita has tremendous impact but goes astray too often due to fatigue. Can’t switch off in an Origin for a second 🤙🏾

My gosh, he's gone for an even SMALLER team this time. Two utilities on the bench, just one prop and a back rower... NSW have Leniu, Yeo, and Barnett who can all run through the middle. Idk what the selectors are thinking, but they should have picked Welch & Kaufusi to start, bring Fifita & Cotter off the bench even if it means leaving Fotuaika out. Both can cover the middle and back row. And Welch would add size and has been playing solid recently. How could you possibly win field position with this lineup?
Agree. Blues are gonna smash this line up! As a Blues guy, I’m seriously happy with this team!!!
And Welch isn’t up to Origin standard (I’m a Storm fan so no bias here). Same with Kafusi. Fifita was surprisingly very ordinary on the weekend as well. Qld gonna be doing it tough!

He's not playing like a game winner, no. But he's playing decent footy against international level props. Has played for QLD in the past so I see no problem with him starting or even on the bench as he has for the Storm. I'm also a Storm fan. This forward pack is way too small imo.

Jesus, we’re gonna get monstered again by the NSW forwards with this team. Either Fafita doesn’t want to play OR politics associated with selecting him so he’s not in. Bewildering. But good to see Piakura & Leiero get a guersney but Papapilli needs to be there.

Billy's Ego has a got in his way, I believe that this bench is not any where near N.S.W. leaving Fafitta out is a big mistake.There is no mongrel in the forward pack at all, and As much as it pain's me to say this he has just gift wrapped this decider for the Blues.I hope he proves me wrong, but we are all entitled to an opinion 🤔

I'm a Queenslander but ☝️ i think as an Origin coach Billy Slater might be heading for his first defeat, the Queensland halves aren't cutting it, Cobbo is always a force so why'd he sit out game 2 ... , for fs someone has to get rid of DCE and give the young fellas a run
