The female voice reminds me of what they used to have at the middle school near my house; they had a 4100U voice-evac system that had a female version of the default 4100-series evacuation message, word-for-word.

+Temple 92 If you are testing a fire alarm system or conducting the drill it is perfectly OK to use them it's only if the alarm goes off unexpectedly that you should obey the instructions about not using the elevators unless you are told it is safe to do so.

yep the is version of the voice evac are brand new and current.
same as the usual old one but its upgraded. 4100 4100u and 4100es is the brand newer version the older version is 4003 4003 voice panel.

ELEVATORS AND TRAINS BY GAMINGADJECTIVES when completing testing, recall is disabled
It usually only recalls if detectors that belong to the elevator lobby, shaft or machine room get set off

A bell test is where they check to make sure all the strobes and speakers are working
