"Add to the selected section" is the step which was missing from the video. once I created the header > then it displays the menu the list (LHS side)> from this list i needed to click on the 3 dots of the menu added and select > add to the selected section. It started displaying. Writing it to help others too.

If you pressed the "Show related records" shown around 15.30 in the video, would it be the case that when you press the "Hospital" item arounds 32.51, there would be nothing displayed there, seeing as none of your donations ("My first donation" & "My second donation") in this video was selected with "Hospital" as subject/name (they were set to "Orphan Childrens" & "Covid Patients" respectively)?
