  • There are days when cooking food, setting the table, and washing the dishes is the last thing you want to do. A home-cooked meal is a blessing, but sometimes the process of getting it on the table can be tiresome.
That’s when you whip out a frozen dinner and toss it in the microwave. Frozen dinners have been making their way to American households since the 1940s, and they have been feeding families on days when cooking food is the last thing on the agenda.
After over 70 years of existence, which frozen dinner brand can claim to be the best? We tried 16 frozen dinners, and here’s the best one to buy.

I had Banquwt chicken strips dinner a couple of weeks ago for the 1st time. Low on $ the price was right. I didn't expect much & BOY, was I pleasantly surprised!! The chicken, even though microwaved, was crunchy on the outside, tender & moist on the inside, the corn AND the mac & cheese were not half water! So I figured it was a fluke & have bought then twice since- all the same happy results!! One of my go-to meal in frozen foods now as I'm disabled & cooking is more a chore than the joy it was... Good job Banquet, thank you!

There is no 'fake meat' in any of these dinners. All the entrails and beef byproducts used in them comes from animals. The reason Con Agra and Nestle's can deliver so much delicious meat so cheap is cuz they use 'downer' livestock, which is either dead or dying when slaughtered and mechanically deboned.
My Hungry Man riblet dinner had only 2310 mg's sodium and 12 gms of corn syrup, adding some salt helps eliminate the blandness, making it almost as tasty as a McRib.
McNuggets have 23 ingrediants in them, which insures that those folks that eat only them have a balanced diet.
