I ordered some pickled garlic from Amazon. I must say I like the one in the packages they come cold packed. ones in the jar. They were good too but they were spicy. I ordered from Amazon the cold pack ones which are absolutely delicious or quite expensive $19 and it was a small pack.

These bamboo shoots are grown in America in North Carolina. In Washington you can shop at the Asian grocery store but make sure you ask where the bamaboo shoots came from before you purchase it. In terms of covering the pot while cooking, you can cover the pot, but I just didn't. You have the option to drink the juice also if you want.

I'm sure it was done.... it taste done to me 😆🤣😂 I had it and all while eating it I was thinking of different ways to cook it and what I can pair it with. It's sooo versatile!
