I'll show you my favorite recipe here! I always bake it for my birthday. Banana Slices with Pudding - Cake with bananas, custard and creamy chocolate icing. An incredibly delicious recipe that melts in your mouth. The ingredients just all go together so brilliantly that the result is heavenly. 🥰 This banana slice recipe, which I have been baking for many years, is the best. It is and will always be my favorite cake. 😋😋

Ingredients: (Baking pan: 24 x 37 cm)
bananas
Dough:
4 eggs
130 grams of sugar
4 tablespoons of water
110ml oil
1 heaped tbsp cocoa
180 grams of flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
apricot jam
170 degrees top and bottom heat for about 20 - 25 minutes
Cream:
1 liter of milk
3 yolks
2 packs of pudding (powder - vanilla flavor 74 g)
110 grams of sugar
50ml rum
5 sheets of gelatin
250 ml whipping cream
1 packet of vanilla sugar
Chocolate Glaze (Ganache):
300 g dark chocolate 50% cocoa
200 ml cream

Guten Morgen noch einmal zur Bananentorte lasse sie 1 Tag im Kühlschrank zum festigen und dann bildet sich auch der Bananengeschmack . Traumhaft ❤

Ich hätte ne Frage ich habe eine kleine runde Torten Form...die gramm Angaben vom Video kann ich die einhalten oder lieber nur Hälfte zmbs. 180g Mehl auf 90g
Ja da würde ich einfach überall die Hälfte nehmen. 😊
Brauch man unbedingt gelatine?
Die Gelatine ist für eine bessere Stabilität. Wenn man es weglässt, kann alles etwas verrutschen.
